Are you ready to get away from the rush of everyday life and just RELAX? Would you like to take a vacation, instead of going on a trip where you come back more tired than when you left? If so, then this is the place for you. Located 15 minutes from the closest town, you will rarely hear the sound of any cars! Built for peace and quiet, there are no phones unless you bring your own cell phone.
Our little "knob", called "Gobbler's Knob" by the locals, has abundant wildlife. In the early morning hours, you can see numerous deer and frequently see our group of 10 to 20 wild turkeys that roam the neighborhood. Birds, raccoons, coyotes and bobcats are also seen. Some have even seen our family of black bear as well.
If you like to read, take naps, walk, ride bikes, watch movies, fish, look at beautiful scenery, rocking on a front porch while listening to the breeze ... this is about as close to heaven as you will get!

Dec-Apr .. $600/week ($90 a night -2 night min.)
May-Nov .. $650/week ($98 a night -2 night min.)
50% deposit required to reserve property.
Payment in full required 2 weeks before occupancy.
2 week notice of cancelation required for refund.
If reservation cancelled without 2 week notice, %50 deposit will not be refunded.
$30 cleaning/linen fee.
$50 pet fee -- call for approval.
