This wonderfully located charming, contemporary townhouse is in the very picturesque small village of Mill Valley.
It is 10 miles North of San Francisco and 45 minutes from San Francisco International Airport. Spectacular scenery is all around for nature lovers- such as Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, Pt. Reyes National Seashore and the countryside wineries of Napa and Sonoma.
Yet, you can be in the city of San Francisco within minutes and to attractions like Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Chinatown. Easy access to ferryboats nearby make for a fun filled way to get to the city.
Also, the quaint town of Sausalito is very nearby. Truly the best of both worlds.
Minimum stay of one week is required. Perfect for a couples and/or adult children.

The townhouse is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac of 6 private townhomes. This lovely residential area is surrounded by parks, bike paths and hiking trails along the San Francisco Bay, just minutes from the house.
Begin your day with coffee on the rose garden deck off the kitchen and end your day with a glass of wine and a barbeque dinner on the front deck with a beautiful view of Mt. Tamalpais.
The spacious townhouse features cathedral ceilings and is tastefully furnished. The living and dining rooms are light filled and accented with antiques. There is a Italian marble fireplace in the living room for chilly winter nights.
Glass doors lead from both the living and dining rooms to the delightful flower filled front deck. The inviting chefs kitchen features all new appliances, gas range oven, and Carrara marble countertops. It is fully equipped for even the most demanding chef.
A laundry room and a half-bathroom complete the top floor.
On the bottom floor are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, and a deck facing a tranquil park-like setting. The master bedroom features a new queen size bed.
There is lots of closet space, a flat-screen television and a DVD player. The second bedroom also has a new queen bed, ample closet space and a TV.
The office can be converted to an extra bedroom.
