The home has one of the best locations on the island within walking/biking distance to golf, tennis, the Sanctuary and most importantly, the beach. The private, association pool for owners and guests is right out the front door and the beach is just a short walk out the back door and down the golf course.
Amenities: The residence has three bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master has a king bed, flat screen LCD TV. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twin beds.
