Unit 908 is a “deluxe plus” unit on the 9th floor with a panoramic view of the gulf. Our condo is recently updated with WIFI, a new kitchen, new "bunkies" with lights, and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. Accommodations include a comfortable king size bed with separate bath, the new bunks in a hall alcove along with a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The balcony has two chairs and small table for watching those sunrises and sunsets. The complex is ideal for families.
For the Spring and Summer 2012 Season, we are offering a 25% discount to the published prices. Please send us an email with the dates you're interested in and we'll provide you with a price that will include the 11% tax and Administration fee.

We love Pelican Beach because of the family atmosphere. Absolutely relaxing. We wanted a place where the whole family could hit the beach or pool without crossing a street.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
To me, the best part is having a cup of coffee on the balcony watching both the sunrise and sunset. We've seen three weddings take place there. Just fun.
