Residencial La Flor (The Flower) is the only beachfront, single family home community in Jaco Beach. Its location, amenities, and price make it one of the best values in Costa Rica. Why stay in a condo when you can have your own house for the same cost or less?
Decidedly upscale and small, the La Flor community is located on the quiet north side of Jaco Beach, with only 24 three-bedroom homes. La Flor is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. There is also Clarita's restaurant that you can walk to on the beach and D'Mario's down the street for great seafood. Two friendly uniformed guards provide 24 hour security.
The beach entrance is immediately adjacent to the community's large pool and Jacuzzi area, which are just a few steps from the home's front door. The pool area has community lounge chairs and shade features that can be extended over the pool. This is the perfect place to enjoy a cool Imperial cerveza.
The La Flor Rustico home is individually owned and professionally managed. The home offers Queen, Full, and Twin beds for sleeping accommodations.
It's fully equipped with air conditioning and wireless high speed internet, as well as a full kitchen that includes a stove with oven, air extractor, dishwasher and fridge with ice-maker. A washer and dryer are available. You will also find a charcoal grill and a safe deposit box large enough for a laptop.
The house has a large balcony upstairs and a large patio on the ground floor. The home includes a one car garage for parking your car and your surfboards. The house was professionally furnished with all major items hand built in Costa Rica (take note of the kitchen table). The styling and design scream traditional Costa Rican through and through. You will enjoy a great vacation in a relaxing environment that will feel very much like home.
The rental office is located in downtown Jaco, where they will meet you and escort you to the house. They are there to help with any issues as well as to plan your stay to make it a memorable one.

Costa Rica is one of the most laid back and friendly countries that I've ever been to. It also has a feel of seclusion like you've discovered your own beautiful getaway that seems like it should be much more crowded.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Costa Rica is known for their consistent incredible weather. I always know that I've got perfect warm/ocean swimming weather in store for when I get to Jaco. The ocean water is so warm in Costa Rica that you can barely tell the difference between the ambient air temperature and the ocean water.

Very nice home, a great alternative to the Jaco hotels!! Location is perfect, walking distance to Jaco, yet on the edge of town for a quieter feel. The beach in front is very nice and uncrowded. The pool was never crowded. Access is very easy and the gated, secure facility was beyond necessary, with friendly, and helpful guards. The Beach Home staff are EXCELLENT, professional, and most helpful.

I just returned from a week long stay at LA Flor Rustico with 4 others. It was PERFECT in every way. The house has all the amenities of being home, and the pictures do not do the home nor grounds justice. The house is beachfront (the beach is rocky so you do need swim shoes), the pool is 2 steps away, there are restaurants clubs and a market/shopping all in walking distance. A cab is only $2.00. Hugo was super friendly and responsive (answering all of our random questions within hours of email-in the weeks prior to arriving). Monkey Bar was "off the hook". The guards were all friendly and helpful. We all hope to return to the same home in 2012! The Costa Ricans were very patient with my broken Spanish and many speak English. Thanks for being true to your advertisement.
