This new million-dollar plus luxurious 2,750 sq. ft condo is furnished and ready for your enjoyment. The ocean view from the covered patio and swimming pool is spectacular.
The two-tiered infinity pool, with a private entrance from the condo’s patio is just a few steps away, yet shrubs provide privacy and intimacy. The large private back yard is surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs.
This incredible first-floor home is one of 7 in the building. A heated whirlpool is cleverly located within the upper pool.
There are two master bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom. One bedroom has a view of the ocean and includes a two-person jetted tub. The 3rd bedroom has two beds: a queen bed and a twin daybed. Each bedroom has it’s own state-of-the-art LCD TV plus a 52-in. LCD flat screen TV in the living room, equipped with surround sound with DVD/CD player. All rooms are professionally decorated. This is the ultimate in luxurious living.
Faux finished walls, tall ceilings, Italian ceramic tile floor and counter tops are featured in the unit. The large kitchen boasts the newest high-end stainless appliances. The condo has central air conditioning and there are cooling fans in each bedroom, the living room and two more on the patio. There is a safe in the unit.
There is no shortage of places to eat at Los Suenos. The Marriott Hotel offers multiple eating choices. If you prefer, you can order 24-hour room service! In addition, Italian and Asian food are available at Marina Village, as well as Dolce Vita, a coffee shop with, gelato and desserts. They also serve lunch.
Other eateries inside the resort include the upscale Galeon Restaurant and The Hookup, a sports-bar overlooking the marina. You don't need to go far to experience other dining choices ... on the beach, just outside the gate, or a quick taxi ride into Jaco.
It’s easy to get around Los Suenos on the free shuttle which runs until late in the evening. The Marriott has an inexpensive shuttle to Jaco, the local surf town where you’ll find restaurants, and shops.
If you love to golf, the Ted Robinson course weaves around the resort. Lessons, golf carts, etc. are available.
Guests are welcome to use the private Los Suenos Beach Club (on the shuttle route) which is situated just above the beach and ocean. Lunch at the swim up bar is such fun!
Bring your laptop along. We have wireless internet! There is also an internet cafe at Marina Village.
For your added security, there is located on site a medical CARE Clinic. Physicians are available 24-hours a day for emergency medical visits.

My family and I have been to many different condos in Los Suenos and the Weber's is definitely the best one we ever stayed at. It is a big comfortable and luxurious condo with a fantastic view. My favorite part was the kitchen, as it has everything you can think of you may need, I even baked a full turkey for New Year's Eve. We also BBQ at the gazebo by the swimming pool, which by the way the kids enjoyed tremendously. The jacuzzi at the pool is nice. The price.... what can I say, the best. The Weber's were so nice to us and we felt welcome there. I also loved the fact that it is located in the first floor, so no need to go up any stairs. Everything is very close by: the Marina, the Beach Club, the supermarket, restaurants and Pizza Hut can get delivered anytime. The best experience we have had in Costa Rica!! I completely recommend anyone to rent this condo.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We were soooo thrilled by how classy, clean and comfortable this condo was that we were beside ourselves. The sheets were crisp and 100% cotton (a particular fetish of mine), the condo had every conceivable kitchen utensil including mugs waiting in the freezer for the welcoming Imperial and the view was so expansive and completely relaxing...coming from beach-front Florida, we thought we might be a tough critic. Prior to arrival, we felt a little "exposed" by the relatively large security deposit but once we stepped foot in the condo it all made sense...that deposit was pennies versus the damage someone could do to the beautiful appointments the condo offered. Additionally, the Weber's did everything conceivable to make our stay fun and comfortable....can't think of one bad thing to say...it was a fabulous finale to our Costa Rican Adventure! Even the price was a bargain as we really searched for Los Suenos ocean veiw condos and didn't find anything even close to the price they were offering. Los Suenos was awesome and the conceirge was extremely helpful as well. No wonder they say Pura Vida in CR...we certainly did!
