This brand new, young, fun, fast paced community in Glendale has so much to offer everyone and is a large part of the reason we decided to make it our vacation destination. Sports, food, entertainment, shopping...you name it, Westgate Mall offers it within two blocks from your front door. Some of our favorites include, The Yard House, The Shout House and Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. AMC20 movie theatre, shopping, casinos, just to name a few things available only minutes away. Golf and Nascar within 15 minute drive.

From the 2 car garage you will walk into a bright entryway which leads to the den and lower bathroom, perfect for your guests. It will also take you outside to the lower patio, gas BBQ and picnic area.
Walk up the open split staircase to the main level where a stylish yet cozy living area awaits you. It is nestled around the fire place and entertainment center with a 50" plasma TV, high definition cable, DVD player, wireless internet and telephone.
Off the main living room is a balcony which overlooks a lush green courtyard and picnic area with patio and chairs. The perfect retreat after a long fun-filled Westgate day.
The informal dining room includes a pub style table and chairs, separate bar armoire with accessories and writing desk for your laptop.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen will suit all your needs with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It features a double door fridge (perfect for those large party platters), water dispenser and ice maker. Coffee/tea service, blender and all the accessories right down to spices. Lots of extra cabinet space and a breakfast bar with 4 more matching stools.
Upstairs leads through a bright open staircase to the master suite and guest bedroom. Each room has a luxurious queen bedroom group with plush pillow top mattresses and designer linens. Each has it's own 26" plasma flat screen TV and large walk in closet. The master bath includes double vanity sinks, large soaker tub, shower and separate toilet. The guest bedroom has a separate full bath right outside the door.
This floor also has the laundry room complete with front load washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board.
Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, if you require additional cleaning services during your stay they are available for an additional cost.
Take advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub area surrounded by art deco style chairs, loungers and cabana beds just 500 feet from your front door. Swim, soak up the sun and possibly have a BBQ picnic pool side. Located next to the pool area is the main club house with a state of the art fitness centre and change rooms.
The clubhouse also features a gourmet kitchen, 4 flat panel TV wall for those large entertainment needs and is available on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know if your would like to reserve it.

We stayed in Glendale to attend the Seahawks/Cardinals game, and you can't be any closer to the stadium in such a beautiful place! The condo is up to date, very clean, and I want them to come decorate my house! Easy walk to shopping, food and bars! Also, the owners are so easy and wonderful to work with, very flexible and genuinely want you to have a wonderful time in their second home. Will DEFINITELY come back when we are in AZ again!

Myself and 3 co-workers went down for a Cardinals game and were very impressed with the residence, pictures do not do it justice. The condo is huge, very tastefully decorated and well stocked (beyond expectation) The complex is very easy to get to and in a gated community, including an attached garage. The complex's pool is just around the corner and a great place to beat the heat and relax in the evening. We walked to the game, literally across the street as well as only a 5 minute walk to a huge Shopping, Dining and Pub district, with theatres, NHL arena and Margaritaville! We ate twice at Shane's Rib Shack, was delicious and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back with my family as the entire visit was way above our expectations and the entire process was very easy and dealing with the owners and on site personnel was personable and enjoyable.

This place is LOVELY! All the rooms (bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, etc.) are spacious and lavishly furnished. Everything is well kept (like new) and very clean. Decor is refreshingly contemporary while still being warm and inviting. There are many, many extras to boot (too many to list)! Fine linens, well stocked kitchen, latest media, laundry, great parking, LOCATION, etc.! I cannot say enough about this place. While my stay was short, I could have very easily stayed forever! And to top it off, the management and/or owners, are a dream to deal with!

My husband and I are from the midwest and have spent a portion of March in Arizona for the past ten plus years. This was by far the best experience we have had when it comes to renting a property!
