Thanks to Frank for letting us use his beautiful home, we will use this place again. Everything was as promised; very clean, nice pool, outside is great for hanging out, the strip and airport are right there. Watched our Canucks kick some butt on the big screen tv. Thanks again Frank.

This house is awesome! We had a large group of people for our anniversary and birthday celebrations and there was plenty of room. Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Great location, only a couple of blocks from car rental, a mile from the store and a few blocks from Las Vegas Blvd at the south end of the strip. The owner is great, makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend for large groups. Would definitively stay there again.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

PERFECT HOME for our wedding celebration

This was the PERFECT HOME for our wedding celebration. We had our adult children and friends stay with us and had our wedding ceremony at the Little Church of the West and the reception right at the home. The backyard, basketball court, tiki hut, grill, seating and beautiful pool made our night perfect! The home was very comfortable, has a big open floor plan with a beautiful, large kitchen, bar area and living/dining room. The casita accomidation was perfect for the couple who did alot of food preparation for the reception. We even had our guest at the reception interested in also reserving the home sometime. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! The home is only about 2 Blocks off the South end of the Strip, right by the car rental, brand new mall just few blocks away and is also away from the downtown strip traffic. Just minutes away with a straight shot to the strip!! Thanks to Frank the owner!! He was very helpful, friendly and very accomidating! Me and 10 guys love this house very nice .We had a great time .And your about 10 mins drive from the strip.5 mins from the airport. We will be back.The owner was very helpful and good person to rent from.

We rented this home for our friends and family for our wedding/vacation in Vegas, and it was the best! We loved everything about this place and we would love to stay again. The pool is amazing and there is so much space! The pictures do this home no justice.....its even more luxurious than the pictures make it look. We can't wait to rent from this owner again, he was a nice guy too!

Fantastic Vacation Home

Every two years, we get together in Vegas with 10-15 of our friends from around the country. The house we rented this year was by far the nicest, cleanest, most well appointed vacation home we've ever stayed in. The owner came by to welcome us and take us on a tour of the amenities, which were endless. We made full use of the home and appreciated the attention to detail found throughout the property. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. Also note: the home is 99% disabled accessible, which is more than one could ask for in a vacation rental.

Perfect Family House

We just returned from a great week spent at your vacation home. It was absolutely perfect for our family get together - 4 siblings, spouses and 6 children. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The pool is great fun and kept us entertained everyday. The house was spotless and the setup perfect for our large party. The owner was helpful and courteous. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a large home conveniently located near the strip and airport without the hassle of crowds.

Had my son's 16th birthday family get together here and it was great. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect. Everyone was very comfortable with the accomidations and the backyard was the place to be for the kids all weekend. If the kids were not in the pool they were on the basketball court and we even put up a net to play volleyball. The house was furnished with all the ameneties you could ever need while you where there. An endless supply of towels and and linens. The casita was a perfect set up for the families with little ones that needed a little more peace and quit than others. The Las Vegas Strip is literally 5 min. away. I definitely would recommend this rental to anyone having a Las Vegas get together. We hope to do it again next year.

Great Family Vacation!

We just returned from our mini family reunion and we all continue to comment on how perfect this house was for us. We had a party of 13 and could have had many more. Tons of room, we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The kitchen is so spacious that it wasn't a problem with multiple people getting things and cooking at the same time. The layout of the house was great. The grandparents stayed in the cassita since they retire earlier and they had everything they needed! They had their own kitchen and bath and living room. They could retreat away from the noise of the main house. This house was very clean and plenty of linens. The location of the house was perfect! Just a few miles from the airport, right near the strip and a short walk to the outlet mall! The pool, basketball court and indoor games kept the kids busy the whole time. Great property and would definitely rent again!

My Husband and I rented this property for our family and friends to stay with us as we celebrated our daughter getting married in Feb. We loved this place. It was clean, well stocked with towels and sheets and pillows and was very clean. We had a marvelous time and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and made sure we were well taken care of. We hope to rent this property again in the future. Oh and the Sports court was great. It gave the kids of all ages something to do. This property is so close to the airport that it was extremely convenient for all of the guests we picked up and dropped off. Plus it is close to the strip as well. Need I say we were very pleased with our stay!!
