  We really were looking forward to our stay. The condo was nice however there were problems from day one with the parking including receiving warnings even though we had the parking tag clearly visable. This was not the owner's fault but we ended up attaching it to my handicap hang tag to make it compliant with what they wanted. Another problem we faced on almost a daily basis was the elevators constantly breaking down often times leaving me stuck because I have a heart condition and can not climb those stairs. One day I had to and I could hardly breath by the time I got to the 6th floor. Once again not the owners fault but a good reason not to go back to One Ocean Place. There was a broken window which we were aware of only a few days before our arrival. When we got there we noted that there was a handle broken on the dresser in the master bedroom and a hole in the wall near one of the end tables between the couch and the kitchen table. The most disappointing thing is the fact that despite numerous requests our deposit still has not been returned and it is already September 12. We sent the required deposit in good faith and expected it to be returned within a week or two of our rental dates but it was not. We are in our early 60s and had with us a 20 year and a 29 year old, both women. We had no wild parties yet there has been no response as to why our deposit has not been returned We have just been ignored. Because of this we would not rent this condo again and we would hesitate to rent any condo that is requiring a deposit because of this experience. In these financial times it is very difficult to come up with deposit money let alone loose it in the long run.

  Owner response: This renters security was returned, there was an error in the initial mailing address of the check which delayed its arrival. At no time during the rental period, did this person ever call to complain about anything, and we would have been happy to contact the building management regarding any parking or elevator issues. We have rented our home for many years, and have never had a negative comment, so this was very disappointing to see. We strive to accomodate our guests and attempt to resolve any problems if we are made aware of them.

  My group (3 females and 3 children) had a wonderful time when we stayed here in late May and early June. The condo was the perfect size. We found it in excellent condition, having everything we needed to enjoy our visit. We were a little nervous because this was our first VRBO experience but the host family were wonderful to work with. The children enjoyed the beach and pool. The adults enjoyed the rest and relaxation, particularly being away from the traffic and hubbub of Myrtle Beach but also being close enough to enjoy some good restaurants and a little shopping. We highly recommend #232350.

  This is the place that we will compare all our vacations to. This was the largest condo and most well equipped that we have ever stayed in. We just became beach bums, it was wonderful. Between the fishing in the early morning (where I did catch a shark for the first time), kayaking during the day and cooling off in the ocean or the pool, everyone in my family still talks about this place. I cannot say enough good things about the owners, they are so nice to work with and make you a part of their home away from home. We will be back, thanks for the memories ;-)

  My family and I had an amazing time in this spacious 3 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my Mother's Day week!!! Not only did we have the availability of the ocean, but we were able to use the pool and jacuzzi. The owners were also very gracious and were available to answer any and all questions. We had fun at the nearby attractions and fabulous restaurants. My children had a great time at Broadway By the Beach. They enjoyed the Nascar SpeedPark, Ripley's Aquarium and many games of mini golf. I would recommend this condo to friends and family and we hope to make a return visit.

  I went down the last week of october... The weather is hot and the water is warm... having a great time with my family.. I will definitely come back.

  This unit was just fabulous, couldn't ask for a better ocean view. Great place for 2 families to share since each bedroom has its own bathroom. Be sure to take a trip into Charleston, SC it's very lovely. Condo Owners very accomodating; had security deposit returned within a few days where others take up to 30 days. Be sure to stay at Unit #604!!!

  This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Perfect for a family vacation. The location is near Murrell's Inlet and nearby to Garden City Arcade, too. This condo had everything we could have asked for,and more. We didnt want to leave. Hope to return soon.
