Recently renovated with tile throughout, new glass doors, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. This is one of the larger two-bedroom units, and it comes completely furnished with everything to make your vacation care free, including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, fishing rods, golf clubs, tennis racquets and beach toys for the kids. It is next to a covered gazebo, shuffleboard and tennis courts, and large grassy area perfect for picnicking or playing. Stroll on the golf course, feed the ducks, fish on the dock, or just relax on the beach.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, new flat-screen TV/DVD, full, private bath, and separate entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV DVD/VCR, a collection of kids’ movies, and a full bath.
The kitchen & laundry room are fully-equipped with everything you will need. The large living room has a sleeper sofa and two recliners, an integrated stereo system, TV, VCR, and DVD. The dining area seats six, plus a breakfast bar seats three more.
There are two entrances to the balcony from the living/dining area where you can grill, dine, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Sandpiper Cove, located in the heart of Destin, is a private gated community that sits on 43 acres with 1100 feet of private beach, a 9 hole par 3-golf course, 6 tennis courts, 5 pools with hot tubs, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and a beach pavilion. We spent July 1- 5th of July at the condo! It was our first time in Destin. The owners were super nice and the condo had everything we needed! The security at the condo unit were super nice too. The beach was perfect and just a short walk from the condo unit. Loved the private beach with lounge chairs, bar and food court. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! Plenty of room and lots of nice people in the surrounding units. You are super close to everything in Destin!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I had such a wonderful peaceful and relaxing stay here! I did not want for anything! The place was stocked with everything that anyone could need or want. I just went for a short 2 minute drive to the store for some food to cook. When I didn't want to cook I was thrilled with food and the service at restaurant that is just a short walk in the Sandpiper complex! The days we spent on the beach were gorgeous! The beach was super clean and the attendants warm & welcome.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
