The kitchen opens into the great room with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a deck right off the great room that has a wonderful view of a small pond filled with ducks and the occasional swan....The deck is complete with a patio set and gas grill for cooking.
The master bedroom is on the second floor with a deck over-looking the pond and the guest bedroom has a deck with a view of the gulf and the sound....a great place to relax and admire the view.
You can not pick a better spot on Pensacola Beach. Don't worry about packing up the family, coolers, and sand toys to go up and down the elevator in order to get to the beach because this TownHouse is only steps from the beach. The trolley line runs 1 block from your door to take you and your family to restaurants, activities, and entertainment.
The Navy's Blue Angel Show files right overhead during specific weekends throughout the year. The jogging/bike path that runs across the island is also just a block away. This is a vacation home you will not forget. You will return again and again to shut out the world for a restful vacation.
