This house is located in Manson (7 miles from downtown Chelan and 5 miles from the golf course.) Lakefront property with moorage buoy. Located adjacent to the park with access from the house. Perfect for families with kids. Park has beach and plenty of fun.
3 Bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2 Bathrooms. Full size Kitchen. Everything is furnished. Laundry on site. Full size deck.
Inside of the house is remodeled and updated.
Just steps away , the park next door , "WILLOW POINT PARK" , is a wonderful little day use park that is not well known in the area.

A+++ Had a great time house was great loved having park next door for kids will rent again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

View and location was great. Condition of the building and grounds was deplorable, Windows unwashed and full of cobwebs. No soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and enough detergent for 1 load of wash, and enough dishwasher detergent for 1/2 load. Much unfinished "renovation work",No signage or lighting to mark location,Grounds were littered with debris and weeds, and the parking is very difficult, on a shared dirt driveway.The price was way too much for the unfinished and unkept condition experienced. All renovation work should be completed prior to renting.The lake was loaded with logs and debris & noisy. This place does have much potential, however it is far from being ready to rent out at a premium price.A very long and steep exterior steps makes it rather dangerous and uncomfortable to negotiate at night,going from the driveway ,down the dirt bank to the cabin, this should be lit with solar lighting, or some practical system, to facilitate nightime arrival and use. The overall stay was ok, but the above items should seriously be addressed, in order to warrant a pleasant overall experience for the renters. I would not revisit, without the above items corrected, or unless the price was dramatically reduced to reflect the current conditions.The owner was very nice and accommodating in the rental procedure, and even admitted to the "work in progress", but this was not what was expected, for the price that was charged.
