Villas at Swans Nest is located four miles from downtown Breckenridge, set upon a quiet valley on the Swan River. You will find relaxation off the beaten path and still be close to Breckenridge and other ski resorts in Summit County. The condo is located on ground floor of a six unit building and very large for two bedroom condo to accommodate those who want more space.
Combined living room and dining room with open kitchen floor plan separates the two master bedrooms. First master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and full bathroom. Second bedroom has two Captain's Bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and en suite bathroom. Queen sofa sleeper in living room allows maximum 10 people occupancy.
Complimentary WIFI, washer/dryer in hallway closet, gas fireplace and shared outdoor hot tub makes Villas at Swan's Nest an affordable but very nice getaway in the mountains.
No garage but two parking spaces available in lot. Drive to slopes and to Main Street Breckenridge.
