Literally steps away from the community POOL and the BEACH, you have easy access to both and can watch your kids play from any of your three OCEANFRONT DECKS or from your own PRIVATE HOT TUB. For guests with limited mobility, we have elevator access to the 1st floor living and sleeping areas. We don't want you to have any extra work to do so we PROVIDE LINENS for you at NO EXTRA COST during the prime season - all beds are made up for our guests in advance!
Hauling your gear to the first floor is easy using your private ELEVATOR. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a FIRST FLOOR BEDROOM suite (Queen) with adjoining bath for any guests with limited mobility, and a spacious great room and dining area that comfortably sits 12. On the second floor, you'll find one room equipped with two bunks; a master suite (King) with adjoining bath and oceanfront deck; and a cheerful bedroom (Full) with oceanfront deck. The third floor offers the luxurious owner's retreat (King) with an entire floor dedicated to you. Enjoy a relaxing INDOOR JACUZZI TUB, a full bath with walk-in shower and a private furnished deck. Free high speed WiFi INTERNET ACCESS is available in this home. Every bedroom has its own TV & DVD player. To help make your vacation easier if you have YOUNG KIDS, we have a high chair, pack and play, baby monitor, children's books & DVD's, and beach/pool toys!
This 3-story deluxe townhome is in great condition and thoughtfully stocked - we aim to meet your needs so you can have a relaxing vacation!
Everything is a short stroll from here - a one-minute walk takes you to the near-by fishing pier, or the restaurant at Villa Capriani. A 10-minute walk takes you to the recreation park which has a playground, lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Putt-Putt Golf is just a few miles down the road and the area's premier 4-star rated golf course is 10 minutes away by car and is one of Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" 2008-2009. If you're feeling more adventurous, visit the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington (35 miles south) or the North Carolina Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores (35 miles north). Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
We love North Topsail Island because the beaches are clean, unspoiled and uncrowded. There is plenty to do here and everything you need is within 3 - 4 miles. Still, our favorite things to do is grab a cup of coffee and walk the 20 steps to the beach...or, watch the ocean from one of our decks and see if we can spot the schools of marlin or dolphin that swim by on a regular basis. Occasionally you can even spot whales!

We spent Memorial Day week, it was wonderful beachfront living, and best breathtaking views of the ocean. This is a truely FAMILY-FRIENDLY home. The grandkids stayed in the POOL and enjoyed the extremly short walk to the BEACH. We had five adults with plently of room . We didn't need to bring anything except beach towels, the kitchen was fully equipped kitchen. Every floor had a super view of the beach ! I already have my reservation for next year. Donna, the manager, is a charm to work with. The most relaxing vaction we have ever had.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Our family vacation at your beautiful beach home was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family {8 adults and 4 children). Pool and beach were perfect. Your home was well equipped with every thing we needed. Baby monitors and all the extra for the children were great. We added our boogie boards to your collection and we'll use them again on our next trip. Thanks Bruce and Elisabeth it was a great experience.

This was an ideal house for any guests who have children! The pool is right in the backyard and the beach is also right outside the door! We loved every aspect of our trip and we hope to rent this unit next year!

What a beautiful place you have right on the ocean. No one wanted to go home. We all spent time in the hot tub, pool and all 3 of our sons swam in the ocean. Our granddaughters are 5 & 2 so they spent a lot of time playing in the sand and running in and out of the ocean. Our daughter-in-law and I keep busy running in and out of the water with the girls. God blessed us with beautiful warm and sunny weather. Your home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. I think we could have all stayed and lived there. We rented linens and towels and that was very handy. Everything was very clean so you could just move in and enjoy. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks Elisabeth it was perfect!

Just want to tell anyone who is looking to rent this property what a wonderful and organized home this is. There were 12 of us that stayed here the week of Aug. 8th to the 15th. When we walked in we knew we made the right choice. Not only was it beautiful but very clean. I have been working with Elizabeth, the owner, since January, when we found this on VRBO. Thank you so much for opening your beach home and allowing us to stay there for the weekend. We had a WONDERFUL time!! You have a gorgeous home and it was perfect for our group! It was well decorated and the layout was well thought out. We loved the convenience to the beach, the pool, and the jacuzzi! The added convenience of the children's items came in handy as well since we had three toddlers with us! It was just an absolutely wonderful vacation and I can't tell you how happy we are! We had a great time. We look forward to our next stay at your home!

The care that went into every room is truly impressive. And out the windows, the view will fulfill every seashore-lover's dream. We haven't enjoyed a stay at the beach this much in a very long time.
