The Setting:
This Lake Tahoe vacation rental home is located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore and on the famous Robert Trent Jones designed Incline Village Championship Golf Course. The home has a stunning location with panoramic views of the 11th Green and 12th Tee and fronts the 13th Green with towering Pine and Fir Trees for a very private and secluded setting. It is minutes from two private beaches with full access and is ideally located for golfing at more than 20 golf courses and skiing at 18 ski areas. The private home is perfect for either a summer or winter vacation. The two closest golf courses are both short walks to the pro shops and the closest skiing is less than five minutes away. Gambling at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, boating and water sports are also just minutes away. It is in a neighborhood of upscale luxury homes and conveniently located close to grocery shopping and the many activities of Lake Tahoe.
The Home:
The home has four bedrooms and three baths with one king size bed, two queens and one bedroom with two double bunk beds. An open great room with kitchen, dining room and living area complete with large flat screen TV and lodge style wood burning masonry fireplace provide an intimate family setting. There is also a sunroom and laundry area and an additional wood burning masonry fireplace in the downstairs master bedroom. It boasts a warm, cozy and mountain decor mirrored after the area's wildlife and tranquil scenery and provides a great place to spend time with family and friends. The property has magnificent views of the Championship Golf Course from the rear deck and balcony and views of the golf course from the front of the home as well. Enjoy a cocktail and barbeque while watching the action on the golf course from the rear deck in a relaxing, secluded and wooded setting. The home sleeps 10 plus a pull out sofa bed. We provide all linens for your convenience and comfort, cookware, range, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with ice maker. Place settings and wine glasses for 12 plus propane BBQ and coffee maker. Three televisions with expanded cable service and wireless high speed internet are provided.
Additional Rental Information:
A 25% deposit of the total rent is due to confirm your reservation and must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If arrival is less than 45 days from the booking date, final payment will be due immediately. Early bookings are encouraged to reserve a preferred date. The rates expire on 12/31/09.
Miscellaneous:
Smoking is strictly prohibited and pets are not allowed on the property. Private parking is available for 4 or 5 cars. Snow removal and landscape maintenance are included and taken care of by outside services.

My wife and I have lived full time and part time in Incline Village for the past 10 years having owned panaramic lake view estates, mountain cabins and low elevation homes close to the lake. We spent over two years looking for the perfect location, one that was private, quiet, where you could literaly smell the pine trees and a property that had a spectacular setting on the Championship Golf Course.
