Beautifully decorated 2 story townhouse in secure gated community on golf course. Enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings with only a 10 minute drive to airport, beach and the exciting Old Town area with its many restaurants and shops.
This conch style home is on the 6th hole of the golf course and located between two lush tropical swimming pools. The two bedrooms (queen-size/full-size) each have their own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has french doors opening to a cozy balcony. There is a folding cot stored under each bed for additional guests.
Off the living room relax on the large covered porch and enjoy the view of a tranquil lagoon and golf course. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience.
Experience Key West tropical living in any season as there is always something to do. There are many festivals and events throughout the year and the not to be missed nightly "Sunset Celebration" at Mallory Square.

For a small tropical island, there is a big city feeling, because of the many vacation actiities that can be enjoyed in Key West. Shopping is a pleasure,boating activities have quite a variety,sporting activities abound, bars are plentiful and diverse, plus the number of restaurants from chains to fine dining is unbelievable.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We are directly on the City of Key West golf course in a secure gated complex. We are close to downtown without all the noise and congestion. You can bike, ride a bus, take a taxi, or drive to the end of Key West. It is relaxing to be at the golf course, but only a few minutes to exciting adventures of your choice.

I just stayed in this property for the month of September. I enjoyed it so much. Loved the view of the golf course and little lake. I took so many pictures of sunrises from the back porch while I enjoyed my coffee each morning. Kitchen is larger than most of condos in this community. Only draw back was no bathroom on the main floor. Each bedroom had it's own bath upstairs. Nice linens and good comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Owners and Managers were great to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
