VERANDAHS is SITUATED at the upscale "SHORES DEVELOPMENT" a residential water front community in West Bay less than 1 mile from the top of 7 mile beach. Across the road is a green space..
The GUEST SUITE is a SEPARATE full apartment . A ground floor apartment having a private entrance and private driveway with covered parking and outside patio. The suite is fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans.
The large bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, and full ensuite bathroom. A second large room includes a full kitchen/ livingroom /diningroom with ceiling fan. Outside is a private covered sitting area. Open the windows and enjoy the cooling bay breezes
We are within 1 mile of the BEACHES - "Verandahs" catch the cooling bay breezes, the sun, and the views, as well as a glimpse of the ocean. Great for your coffee and book. Stroll in the tropical gardens amongst the fruit and flowering trees, relax by the pool or have a cooling swim.

We loved it. What you see is what you get...plus more....a big comfortable King bed, great amenities, super clean, lots of restaurants and beaches near the apartment. We like diving and found plenty of close by sites to dive at and then come home and relax by the pool. Although the owners live on the 2nd floor we barely saw them..except when we needed to ask questions and found they knew all the great local restaurants and spots to see which they directed us to. We had a car and went everywhere I would recommend this to anyone - especially those who are tired of big cement hotels full of screaming kids and people
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed at Verandahs for 2 weeks in January and enjoyed ourselves so much that we will be booking again! The suite was comfortable and clean and all amenities promised were available. Renting a car is a necessity as 7 Mile Beach is too far away to walk. Cayman is a beautiful island and everyone is friendly and you always feel safe. The owners live upstairs and were an absolute pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to make sure our visit was perfect. After 2 weeks, it felt like home and we really didn't want to leave.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We have just returned from spending a fantastic two weeks at Verandahs. The accomodation is first class! The house is bright,spotlessly clean, spacious & beautifully decorated & offers you great privacy. Watching the sunsets thru the palm trees from the verandah with drinks in hand was our favorite thing. The pool and gardens were a marvelous place for relaxing and the beach is only a minute or two away. We found shopping and a variety of excellent restaurants closeby and there were so many attractions available on the island that we didn't get to do them all and are definitely going back. The Turtle Farm, Hell and Swim with the Dolphins are close-by and definitely worth a visit. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home and we would highly recommend it to others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. If I had to rate this accommodation, on a scale of 1 -5, it would get a big 5+ !!
