- Lake View : You can see your boat from the house while docked!Home is right at the fast water but in the 5 mile and has unobstructed views from most of the home. It is literally a walk down the backyard to the water.

We look forward to sharing our home with you and your friends and family. I have enjoyed many days and nights on beautiful Tulloch Lake since I was in highschool! I am now a parent of 2 adult sons, a kindergarten teacher and a Realtor. Some of my favorite things about our home and the lake are sitting on my balconies and decks and watching the pool and lake happenings when not on the water, going up the river and anchoring, swimming, waterskiing, walking to Drifters for lakeside dining, driving to Saddle Creek for a wonderful, cozy dinner, the new townsquare with Snaps for coffee, Paninis Restaurant, La Hacienda Mexican food,located near the IGA Grocery Store, Jamestown Azzos, Murphy's Winetasting , ... so much to do in the beautiful gold country with the wonderful climate. Such a relaxing, fun place so close to the Bay to get away! Hope you enjoy!
