This beautifully appointed unit on the oceanfront has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a private oceanfront balcony. The master bedroom has queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a full size bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There are 4 TV's, 2 VCR'S, and 3 DVD players in the unit in addition to a stereo CD/radio system. Unit 504 also offers games and books for guests to enjoy, and hair dryers for added convenience. The property features two elevators to make going to and from your unit a breeze! On-site covered parking is available.
Hyperion Towers has an outdoor pool and large deck for sunbathing. For the healthy at heart, guests are also permitted to use the fitness room on-site. There is a meeting room/lounge area available and an extra laundry facility to use free of charge for beach towels and laundry items that may not fit in the washer/dryer in the condo. No phone in unit.
