This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom house with 2300 square feet of living space in a split floor plan, is located in the private gated community of Briarwood and offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort!
The Lanai has access from the Master Suite, the living room, kitchen and the guest bedrooms. Situated in a cul-de-sac, this lake view home boasts a beautiful private, in-ground HEATED swimming pool with covered lanai and exquisite Tuscan mural.
The pool faces southwest so you can enjoy the sun all day with breathtaking sunsets!
The home has vaulted ceilings throughout with ceiling fans, entertainment center with LCD HDTV, dining room, breakfast nook, and fully equipped kitchen.
The Master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bath with over sized shower stall, garden soaking tub, and private lavatory. This room also has a beautiful view & access to the screened-in lanai.
On the opposite side of the house there is a 2nd and 3rd bedroom suite that share a full-sized bath with shower and tub. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and the 3rd has a set of Twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed).
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

The location of the house is really easy access to the beautiful downtown Naples, the beaches, and of course, is positioned on the lot in such a way as to enhance the views from the house & lanai.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Floating around the pool with a good drink in hand relaxing the day away. Sitting on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee is one of my most favorite things.

Our first time in a great house

Myself, husband and two children stayed at this home for a week this past March and loved it! My children are small, 4 and 2 yrs of age so safety was most important to us and I am happy to say that it had everything we were looking for. There was a safety fence blocking the pool that we could put up when needed which was very important. . . because of it we could enjoy dinner outside nightly. The gated community was quiet and secure. The house was immaculate. Layout perfect. The decor was very nice but comfortable making it very easy for my young children to play and run without worrying about breaking something around every turn. And run they did . . . they enjoyed the horseshoe layout of the home itself. They equally enjoyed the outdoor space from the pool and pond in the back to the community playground and swimming pool. They also managed to find a few toys and bubbles in the garage to play with. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your home . . . you are very lucky to have it. We hope to be back again next year!

This is an ideal rental property it is spotlessly clean and has all the equipment that could be required. It is located in a gated community and is in a quiet secure spot.If we were returning to Naples we would certainly use this property again. 2 very minor criticisms (1) Minutes away from the beach indicates to us no more than five minutes away but it is at least 12-15 mins drive to the nearest beach. (2) The front of the property looks to be in need of a coat of paint and a spruce up, it gives a bad first impression, but I must stress on the whole it is an excellent rental and I would recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
