This adorable condominium is located on the second floor of a building that houses only 8 units, across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. It overlooks the private lake that is well-stocked with fish. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom condominium that will comfortably accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and in the living room there are 2 love seats that each pull out to single beds; great for a family.
This unit has recently been redecorated and refreshed; it is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances, including a counter-top grill, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster & toaster oven. There is a television with a DVD and VHS players in the living room. All linens are provided and there is a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.
