Condo has two master bedrooms with their own baths. One with a king and the other has two queens. Perfect for two families. There is also a maids room with a futon that sleeps a child and this too has its own bath. The entertainment room also has a futon that will accomodate one adult or two children. There is a fourth bath next to the entertainment room. New facility one block from Coco Beach on the northern section with nice view of the ocean.

  • I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is brand new and couldn't be nicer. The beach is one block away and beautiful. The pool area is also very nice if you prefer that. The main strip is a short walk down the street or a very short cab ride. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and of Cozumel just across the water (the view at night is incredible). Playa has excellent restaurants and clubs and is both family and adult friendly. Many Europeans have moved into the area and opened excellant restaurants offering the best french and italian cuisine. The main street is brick paved and closed to traffic for wide open pedestrian shopping. I think Playa has become my favorite vacation destination and far surpasses anywhere else I have been (including Florida, Arizona, Cancun, and Acapulco, to name a few). I recommend a trip to Playa to anyone looking for a warm, sunny, and fun destination.
