We invite you to enjoy our renovated condo-all new, all updated. No shabby hand-me-downs or way-too-used furnishings here AND we can arrange for you to take advantage of Pinehurst Resort's many amenities at reduced rates. If playing Pinehurst's famous # 2 course is on your bucket list, we'll schedule your tee time. Our condo is just a short walking distance to Pinehurst Country Club or the Pinehurst Harness Track.
When staying at our condo, you can play at any of the Pinehurst Country Club golf courses at reduced rates or you can play the course at Southern Pines Golf Club, an original Donald Ross design, at reduced rates. We can arrange your tee times 30 days in advance so you know when and where you'll play prior to your arrival. The Avestra Clubs are offering deep discounts at their courses (Southern Pines Golf Club, Whispering Pines Golf Course, and Foxfire Golf Club) if you are flexible in your playing times and can schedule your tee times 48 hours in advance. Our recent guests have saved 2/3 of the cost of a round of golf through our affiliation with Avestra.
We may also be able to arrange guest passes for any of the resort swimming pools and the Pinehurst Beach Club where you can swim, fish, or rent a boat. (*Note: PCC has recently instituted a $5 per day per guest charge for the Beach Club.) The Spa offers many relaxing treatments and massages. You don't have to pay the full resort prices when you rent our condominium.
Fix a beverage, kick back on the balcony, and enjoy the view of Pinehurst #5 while you listen to your favorite music on satellite radio. There is an information book in the condominium which gives you a listing and phone numbers of all local attractions, restaurants, golf courses, kids' activities, along with local maps.
The front door has keyless entry so you don't have to worry about misplacing or sharing keys. The kitchen has all new full-size stainless steel appliances and a Keurig home brewing system for making a variety of coffees, teas, or hot cocoa. A queen size bed with quality linens makes the bedroom comfortable. Soak in the large tub or enjoy a long shower. We also have a feather top aero bed which offers separate sleeping arrangements. The living room has room darkening shades and can easily be converted into another separate sleeping area.
This condo is perfect for any couple who wants to play golf or just enjoy a perfect romantic getaway. The Pinehurst & Southern Pines areas offer unique shopping and dining experiences as well as sightseeing in the National Historic Districts.
The Cameron Antique District is nearby and numerous pottery shops are located within a short distance. A popular breakfast spot for golfers is the restaurant at the Pinehurst Harness Track and a variety of activities are scheduled at the Fair Barn.
Dugan's Pub is a favorite local hangout with live music and friendly conversation.
