This Gulf Front duplex boasts two living levels and features panoramic views of the Gulf. Decorated with contemporary Caribbean flares this 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the heart of Orange Beach.
Park on the ground level for covered parking and easy access directly into the home. The main level houses an open living area with views of the Gulf, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The master suite is located on the second floor and has a private bath with a tub/shower combination and a private Gulf facing outdoor deck.
Deposit: $300 Security/Damage Refundable 10-14 days after departure (Deposit must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation.)
Cleaning Fee: $150.00
Pets: Dogs are allowed, 2 pet limit. Additional $100 refundable deposit per dog. (Deposit(s) due at least 30 days prior to stay).
Payment: (Owner will customize payment options via e-mail.) Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival. (If reservation is made within the the 30 day period we will hold the property for 72 hours until payment via money order or cashiers check is recieved).
Cancellation Policy:
30 Days or sooner Before Arrival: You will have the option of rescheduling your stay at no additional cost. (Please be mindful of seasonal rate changes). If you are unable to reschedule, any prepaid rent will be refunded as well as any paid pet deposits. Security deposit will be forfieted.In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
29-14 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of prepaid rent will be forfieted as well as the security deposit. Any pet deposits paid will be refunded. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
Less than 14 Days Prior to Arrival: Pet deposits will be refunded but the deposit and prepaid rent will be forfieted. In the event we are able to replace your booking for one that is the same amount of time we will refund everything.
