My husband and I could not resist purchasing this house because we appreciate nature and enjoy our 1/2 acre park-like lot as well as the never ending (44 kms) trails outside our doorstep. The area is special and when you arrive you will see what I mean. Nature and tranquility surrounds the home yet close to all shopping, major tourist sites and downtown Vancouver. My husband is a geologist and travels throughout the world and in his spare time loves to putter around the expansive gardens. I am an avid hiker and I still find trails that I have not yet explored.

This location has it all! Hiking and biking yet minutes away to a vast variety of restaurants, shopping, local mountains, ferries to Vancouver and major tourist attractions.
