Perfect house for our family vacation!

This was our first time staying in this neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family of four, including 2 yr old twins, and my in-laws. If you've decided staying across the beach is okay for you then you will be happy with how close the walk to the beach is. Also, the walk to the pool is just as close. Nice brick paved roads with lots of natural vegetation create a quiet, secluded feel. Keep in mind that the beach access includes a pretty hefty set of stairs. It was okay for us but maybe not for someone in questionable health. If you're familiar with the area you already know this. The house was more than enough for us and we didn't lack for anything. Plenty of closet and dresser space for clothes and suitcases. Nice solid interior doors which provide lots of privacy. Having the third full bathroom was nice as well. We needed to call the property manager one day and he responded very quickly. I also was very pleased with the communication with the owner Stacey. Very quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the sixth house we've rented in Magnolia, but it is by far the closest to the beach. It's one of the first houses in the neighborhood and has its own trail to the main road. The decor is beautiful, and my father loved that it was one level. Would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at your lovely cottage. The photo exactly represented the cottage which was refreshingly decorated and well appointed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Not having been to the area before, the "2 minute to the beach" distance sounded mysterious. Yet, it was true. Just a very short walk from front door and across a pedestrian friendly street and you are on the boardwalk to the beach. The beach was lovely and the water a beautiful emerald color. My husband and I enjoyed the back porch which really made us feel as if we were in a wooded, secluded area. We enjoyed visiting Seaside for a bit of shopping and our kids loved Frostbites. We also rode bikes through Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We had a picnic in Grayton State Park, visited the Wesley Mansion in Eden Gardens State Park and rented a pontoon in Destin. Great Fun! We enjoyed learning about this part of Florida. Relaxing, but plenty to do around the area. Would recommend this lovely cottage.

We recently stayed at this cottage and just had a wonderful vacation. Besides the weather being absolutely perfect, the Stacey's and Jeff's cottage was cozy, charming and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could actually enjoy cooking and dining; the outdoor shower and screened in porch were favorites of our kids and my husband. I loved the security and safety of being in a little "neighborhood" so that our kids could ride their bikes, check out the pool and go exploring along the path behind the cottage. It's a great location as it's 2 blocks from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach access. We will definitely be back to this location and cottage and have already recommended it to family and friends. Thanks so much for creating a family friendly get a way!

Thank you, Jeff and Stacey, for letting us stay at your home! My husband, our 3 year old daughter, and I all had just the most amazing time staying at this beach house. It couldn't have been more perfect, the beach was literally just a hop-skip-and a jump from the house! The beach was very clean and private, and the water incredibly calm--we've been to Grand Cayman, Aruba, and Puerto Rico-- and Seacrest Beach, I would say is right up there with those! And, the house itself was huge, more than enough space for our family of three! We will definitely stay here, again, and hope to make this an annual (or bi-annual) vacation destination!

Our family just returned from this home. It was unlike any beach experience we have had. We arrived to a clean, tastefully decorated cottage where we could relax and have space to enjoy our time together. At night we sat up late and talked on the screened in porch. We took short strolls down our private pathway to the beach and returned to a pool that was never crowded. We rode bicycles to Rosemary and attended a free concert at Seaside. No crowds, no noise, no elevators. Just a home that felt like ours, a shed full of toys and bikes, and memories of a cherished week in the sun and sand. The owners are friendly and added many extra touches that made a memorable week. We plan to return!

This cottage is perfect. We had plenty of room for a family of 4 and was able to spend alot of time together. We did not even use one of the rooms. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes in the neighborhood and to the beach. The beach is a short distance from the house. The decor is GREAT. I would recommend this Cottage if you want to enjoy cooking out and spending time with your family.
