  My husband and I recently visited Maui for the first time in January of 2013. We had been to Oahu a few times before but never Maui and we thought we would like to rent a condo there in order to really be able to relax and settle in for a week before heading to Oahu for an additional week. This being our first time booking a condo on line I have to say it was a bit overwhelming looking at all the properties listed. Where do you start? I also have to admit I was skeptical of a couple as to what we were really getting and if they were legitimate properties or not. We decided on Amy's property in Wailea Ekahi largely because all the positive reviews that were posted, the location and the pictures looked great. We were certainly not disappointed. Everything from booking to checking in and out was seamless and handled in a very professional manner. The condo really does look like the pictures, nicely decorated with new appliances and enough room to relax with two great lanais. It was perfect for us. There was great access to the beach - just a very short walk - and Amy had umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, coolers - pretty much anything you would need for a day on the beach. The condo is in a great location close enough to shopping, Safeway, restaurants etc. It was our first time there but it won't be our last. We will most certainly be booking with Amy again. It was fantastic!

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo for week in late November through early December 2012. Your Maui home beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. I have rented numerous properties through VRBO and your condo is by far the best I have ever experienced. The listing was very accurate, but there's no way a listing could do justice to your wonderful property. Ann and I had a wonderful time and if we return to Maui we will certainly rent your condo again.

  This place is fantastic! Nice location within Ekahi .... close to main pool and beach, and right on a gorgeous greenbelt. Great views of ocean and Molokini from the main deck. Parking is easy! Well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and very practical for a family of 4. The powder-room bathroom is a lifesaver! All you need to do is bring your own food/beverage ... everything else is there for you! Thank you Amy! We will be back next year!

  WOW, is all we can say about this beautiful condo. Clean, comfy and although part of a large complex, quite private and quiet. The view of the mountains from one balcony to the ocean view from the main balcony are fabulous. Several pools on the grounds, including the main pool down by the beach. The pool nearest 31D was rarely occupied making us feel like we were in our own backyard! You can't go wrong with this place and we will most definitely be coming back. Thanks Very Much!

  WOW, is all we can say after 8 glorious days staying in this very clean, comfortable condo. We will be making this our number 1 location each time we go back. The unit is spotless, and although it's one of many condos, has quite a bit of privacy, even on the deck(s). The views are fantastic and the grounds have several pools, one of which is steps away from the front door and was rarely in use by other guests as most choose the main pool down by the beach. Just a couple minutes walk down the path to an excellent beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for the condo experience vs the big hotels.

  This is our second visit to Ekahi 31D and it's everything that you would expect and more. Fabulous location on Maui and a premium location within the village. Great Haleakala and ocean views. Quick walk to beach. Quiet. Well equiped and tastefully decorated. Plenty of beach gear; boogie boards, snorkle gear, chairs, etc. You will not be disappointed. M & M.

  This was a return trip to Ehahi 31D for us and frankly, we don't want to stay anywhere else. Every review about this condo is accurate. It is better in person than the pictures show. If you like to wake up to a mountain view, have coffee will looking at the ocean, than walk to a great beach...then, this is the place for you. We love how comfortable your home is, quiet and mellow, a short walk to the beach......true paradise! Thank You a million times over for a great experience!

  Our family had the most amazing time in your condo. Everything, from the kitchen, the linens, and the bathrooms were immaculate and impeccable. We felt very comfortable, and enjoyed our stay immensely. We are already planning our return. The location was also ideal, the unit is close to all 3 pools, plus the views from the lanai were gorgeous.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  Absolutely beautiful! This property is a custom home in a condo package. Extremely quiet, comfortable, and has every amenity you can think of. We loved the beautiful artwork, and thatched ceiling. Gorgeous. And the kitchen! What a dream to be in a rental with quality tools for cooking. The beach is a 2 minute walk. It was so convenient and beautiful - we were on it 9 out of our 11 days!! Really allowed us to Live Aloha. Thank You Amy. You, too, were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Thank You for making our trip to Maui unforgettable.

  We have had the great fortune to stay in your condo on several occassions and each time our expectations are exceeded by this place. The condo is absolutely beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and unique art. The kitchen and baths are great, the latest appliances and every possible gadget is supplied. You really feel as if you are staying in your own home. Amy has always been great about getting back to us in the most timely manner, and any suggestions she takes to heart and reacts immediately.
