Welcome to The Italianate in historic Downtown Wilmington. Relax in our 2 story, newly renovated town home and enjoy all that our city has to offer.

MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a Queen Size pillow top bed with a bedside table and ceiling fan. All beds (master and guest) feature fine linens and a variety of down or hypoallergenic pillows and quilts. A full size walk-in closet in both bedrooms can accommodate all of your belongings. The master bath features a large soaking tub with shower and travertine floors.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features a Queen Size pillow top bed with treetop views to the garden. The guest bathroom features a large tiled shower.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished and beautifully appointed kitchen features a 26 ft side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with a smooth cook top and built in microwave. The kitchen also features Calphalon cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

GREAT ROOM FEATURES
The living room features a surround sound stereo with an IPod docking station to enjoy your own personal music. Or sit back and watch movies from our DVD selection on the 42 inch flat screen TV. The dining room, with its ambient lighting, can seat up to 6 guests.

PARKING
There are two reserved, off street parking spaces on the property.

A short stroll will take you past elegant mansions on your path to fine restaurants, antique shopping or any of our popular festivals. Enjoy the views on the River Walk along the Cape Fear River while watching the ships sail by or hop on one of the horse drawn carriage tours and learn about the history of our famous downtown.

  • This townhome was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of most everything in the historic district and an easy drive to the beach. The small yard/garden area was very quaint and the covered porch and swing were an added bonus. We loved it and would stay here again.
