We invite you to enjoy our little bit of paradise! Located within the heart of South Beach, this 3 BR completely remodeled villa has many amenities to help make your visit as pleasant as the island itself.
Relax with the view of Braddock’s Cove, head across the street to the quieter beach of Calibogue Sound to sun and swim, or find more activity at nearby South Beach Marina - all of these are only a 2-5 minute walk away!
The marina area includes dining, shopping, evening entertainment and various water sports - along with pool, tennis facilities, and bike rental. The bike paths are awesome! The famous Salty Dog Café is a destination all its own! Harbour Town is another “don’t miss” -- just a short car ride or longer bike excursion away.
Our spacious, well-maintained villa contains three bedrooms along with a queen-size sleep sofa. The master bedroom offers a king bed and attached double-vanity bath; other two bedrooms hold queen/twin and share another full bath.
Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep, if you so desire, which can then be enjoyed from the dining room overlooking the marsh and the Harbour Town lighthouse.
Hi-speed internet access, games for the kids (big and small!) and DVD player are also readily available for your convenience and additional vacation fun! And for that not-so-fun laundry chore? A washer and dryer is there for you, too.
One floor, private deck, tastefully decorated and very quiet. Perfect for that long-awaited vacation that will find you already planning the next!
Rates include tax, linens, cleaning and pool pass. Entry into Sea Pines Plantation requires a vehicle pass. These passes are an additional charge of $15.00 per vehicle for 7 days.

Location in South Beach area is a preference location for us ... Room allowed us to host visits by our daughter and her family for a weekend ... we enjoyed the accommodations ...Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This property is well maintained and has everything you need. Next door to the Salty Dog with shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. Pictures are a good representation of the condo. Very comfortable. Will definitely rent again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

I arrived at nigt and the property information was well explained. The property is in excellent condition. Everything is brand new and very nice. I appreciate everything, we had a great vacation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This newly refurbished condo has been thoughtfully and very attractively furnished and equipped, so is very easy and comfortable to more into for a week. The condo itself deserves five stars. Its location at Bluff Villas means it is 5.5 miles from the closest Sea Pines Ocean gate. That would be a huge plus in the busy summer when most time may be spent on the beach, but in the winter it simply meant two miles each way on the single bicycle path before intersections offered a choice of destinations. as well as a longer drive to restaurants and sightseeing.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

About the owner: We live in Mentor, Ohio (eastern suburb of Cleveland). We first visited the island as a couple in 1980, and it soon became our favorite place! It was awhile before we first brought our three younger boys, but when we did, they quickly became busy jumping from one activity to another - just like boys! Each visit thereafter found them discovering more and more. So much to do....so little time. These boys are all grown now, but still love to come back whenever possible. At this point in their lives, they are especially interested in the variety of golf opportunities! Throughout the years, we've created many unforgettable memories. We know there are special moments waiting for you, too. There's just something for everyone in Sea Pines!
Why the Owner Chose Bluff Villas:
We had always stayed in Sea Pines, and upon our first visit we immediately felt 'at home' within this plantation.
We love biking on the numerous bike paths - usually finishing up at the South Beach Marina - home of the famous Salty Dog Cafe! We've even biked to Harbour Town. So much to explore and experience along any path you choose.
South Beach is a destination for many visitors on the island. And here we are with it right around the corner! Around the other corner? Well, the sea, of course!
Why Sea Pines? Why not? No matter where you look....there is beauty to behold. And we've never stopped appreciating it.

The view is awesome!!
We enjoy watching the kayaks and fishing boats travel up and down Braddock's Cove. The sight of the Harbour Town lighthouse only adds to the relaxation of it all.
We especially love the abundance of nature to be found, too. Pelicans fly overhead, while blue herons and egrets linger near the expansive marsh-- usually looking to grab a quick meal when the tide is low! It's not unusual to see a dolphin or two in the cove, either.
All of this can be viewed not only while sitting on the balcony with your beverage of choice, but also from inside the villa, too.
