The property has a new pool/stone patio and tennis court which are both peacefully situated among the trees. The house features wide plank hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, a stone fireplace, washer/dryer, and flat screen TV/DVD player (though no cable hook-up).
The house was built by award winning designer and won the 2005 Sullivan County Showcase Award for "Best New Residential Construction under 2500 sq ft" (house is just over 2400 sq ft).
Narrowsburg is the ideal vacation spot in the Catskills as it is centrally located and in close proximity to other charming towns including Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Barryville, and Bethel. The property is less than 10 miles from the Bethel Woods Performing Arts center which has a great line-up of summer concert events and the area supports a full array of both summer and winter activities.
