Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
We originally bought it as our primary residence. Shortly after, our work transferred us to the desert. What we love about this place is its proximity to the ocean without the constant noise & crowds. Since we are a couple miles inland, the overcast burns off sooner allowing to enjoy the sun and blue skies sooner than if down on the beach. We love to sit on our patio and enjoy our morning coffee & breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine or beer. Dogs love it too because no only are there lots of pathways to walk but there are lots of other dogs to meet and play with. We loved the proximity to Oceanside Harbor, the beach, the 5 Freeway and the many restaurants on Oceanside Blvd. We hope you decide to stay with us. Happy Travels.

Welcome to our condo. We are a forty something couple who love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. This picture was taken during a family vacation at Joshua Tree National Park, California. We have spent many years living in San Diego and hope to return one day. Right now I work as a registered nurse and Robert works as a government contractor after retiring from the military a couple of years ago. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we did.
