The property is an attractive, clean and nicely appointed unit with a wonderful ocean view. The ample kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer make light packing easy. The owner is detailed, well informed and follows through on everything from the airport pick up to arrangements for maid cleaning. The only shortcoming is that if you share the unit with a second couple, one couple has a much smaller back room with a detached bathroom. There is a charming little bakery within two blocks, behind the building that you must find on arrival so as not to feel like you "missed out".Nearby lunch ceviche restaurants that are highly recommended include Alfresco (Malecon Balta) and Delfino Mar (Jorge Chavez). A $5 cab ride takes one to even more popular cevicherias like Pescados Capitales and La Mar on Av. La Mar. Walk a short stretch south from the apt. on the Costanera and watch the hang gliding off the cliffs in the afternoons. If you have time, walk all the way down past Victor Delfin's Parque de Amor to Larcomar. Lima is fabulous. A quiet, comfortable, well situated apartment such as this as your base will make for a delectable visit!

My family loved the condo in miraflores , the oceanview was amazing, no matter what time of the day it was. The condo had all the comfort and security stated in the add, it deserves an A+ I was very, very impressed with the quick response and help I got from the owner, because of her, I was able to spend a wonderful week with my mother and daughter in Lima. Phenomenal is the only way to describe the week in the cultural center of Peru. The unit was much more than expected and the location perfect. When renting a condo one never knows whether the offered amenities will match up to expectations but in this instance everything from the TV stations, the decor, the internet, etc., etc. etc. was far above par. The only thing better than the unit was dealing with Cici who attended to every minor request we made even though she was in Houston at the time. She arranged airport pickup and departure, recommended restaurants that were fabulous, took care of a slight plumbing problem immediately and made us feel part of her family. When we return to Lima there is no other place we would even consider.

Our Family of four had an excellent time in Lima staying at this Condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic location/view. The owner was very easy to reach and accommodating to our extra needs (such as referring a good local travel agent/transfers/restaurant recommendations/etc.) I would highly recommend this VRBO to others and we will likely be back again. We have stayed in many VRBO's around the globe and this was one of our favorites. Enjoy!

Upon my arrival I was mesmerized by the awesome view from the balcony. I spent a lot of time there relaxing and taking pictures. The amenities that this house offers are truly above and beyond other places I have stayed in Miraflores. The cleaning service and transportation to the airport are highly recommended.

Splendide appartement avec grand balcon situé dans la partie la plus chic de Miraflores ! Magnifique vue sur jardins et face à la mer. Très bien tenu. Cuisine, chambres et salon spatieux. Ascenseur donnant directement dans le salon. Service impeccable et surveillance permanente. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

We were on our way to Cuzco and know that Miraflores is a very central point to have all our To Do list checked easily. The apartment is an upscale place in one of the most desired locations in Lima, beautifully decorated and with a welcoming view. Cecilia was very helpful to adjust our early check-in and super early check out. We arrived driving with no problems because we know the area, but it´s easier to take a taxi from the airport if you´ve never been to Lima. The place is located walking distance from good restaurants, Larcomar and it is very easy to get taxis everywhere around. My kids loved it (9 and 12). They were watching TV as soon as they arrived. We all felt at home.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The condo greatly exceeded our expectations because of the following: 1. Location - quiet area but close to downtown Lima by an inexpensive readily available cab as well as the Larco shopping center with many wonderful restaurants and first rate shopping. Add to this not a lot of road side traffic and a bordering park to jog, walk or just plan to stand at the edge and appreciate the pacific with incredible susets if you're lucky. Small bodegas are close by and a lot of restaurants are near. The main plaza of MIraflores along with craft shopping are no more than 10 to 12 minutes by cab. 2. Cleanliness and decoration - The condo was immaculate and very well decorated with just the right touches to make our stay memorable. We are a family of a 20 something daughter and a couple in our 60's. If you were a family of 2 younger children or 2 younger children plus an older child, this would be ideal. 3. Views - it had a world class view of the northern coast of LIma along with islands and an amazing view of surfers in the ocean with joggers on the park at all hours. 4. Safety - Both of "the girls" felt very safe in the park at night and there were many women strolling at all hours along with a 24 hour dooman watching the premises. 5. Ease of renting - We were immediately contacted and the rental was accomplised in a very easy, quick manner 6. I highly recommend being picked up at the airport when you land by the service offered by the owner. For $50 (US) it gets you through the commotion of the airport and finding a taxi as well as a thorough check out of the condo so you can start relaxing and enjoying it immediately. 7. I also recommend bringing binoculars as you'll want to look down on the surfers along with the activity of the park. Summary - A world class place in a wonderful location for a relaxing time in Lima to make your stay enjoyable. Who we are - We've traveled to 39 countries and usually take 8 to 12 vacations a year. This is our 5th time in South America and our 2nd time in Peru.

This is my second time in Lima and I have to say staying at this place made my vacation perfect!! They have everything they advertise in their website, the apartment is perfectly clean and the cleaning lady was a very sweet woman. Cecilia was always very nice and attentive with my questions, she even call me when I arrived in Lima to make sure everything was fine. She even send me a list of restaurants to visit. Unlimited hot water at this apartment maid our stay so pleasant, because in Peru only hotels have unlimited hot water. Keep that in mind for your next trip. Thanks Cecilia, we definitely are planning on coming back Merci beaucoup l'appartement est magnifique, un confort extra,je n'ai qu une hâte d'y retourner!!! Merci Cecilia

My family just returned from a wonderful trip to Peru. After visiting Puno and the Uros Islands, hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and spending time in an eco lodge in the Peruvian Jungle we ended our trip in LIma at Cecelia's beautiful apartment in Miraflores. It was just what we needed to reflect on all of our adventures.The apartment has all the amenities one would want, is within walking distance of great shops and restaurants and the view from the balcony cannot be beat! I loved sitting with tea in the morning and wine at night and just watch the waves lap up on the shore. We LOVED it and fell in love with Peru. We hope to return to stay for a longer time in this gorgeous apartment! Thank you Cecilia and to Marite for transportation from and to the airport!

Perfect vacation spot in Lima

We were completely thrilled with this condo located in Miraflores. We were met at the airport by the owner’s representative who was very kind and helpful. We were three older women traveling together, our flight arrived very late at night. We were appreciative to have the provided transportation scheduled and waiting for us. The view from the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful. The location is great, it's not far from Larcomar mall, grocery stores, markets, good restaurants, paragliding and other areas of interest. And, conveniently, a bodega is just steps around the corner. The owner is quick to respond to any questions, always kind and handled all transactions very professionally. We couldn't have asked for more. By all means, stay here!

Excellent accomodations! The apartment was as represented and described by the owner. We were very comfortable in this home. The rooms had ample space and were nicely kept. Everything was clean. The amenities were a lovely addition and made it feel like we were home in Peru. Her representative in Peru was very helpful and professional. The building security were friendly and professional. The bulding was quiet and beautifully kept. The area was secure and safe. Had close access to wonderful restaurants and malls. The owner was very responsive to my numberous questions and phone calls. She was a pleasure to work with. I am very happy to have met her. I found her to be straight forward and honest in all our interations. I will definetly look to return to this home when I return to Peru. Many, many thanks.

The Best of Lima

We were scrambling to put together a last minute trip to Peru after our tour operator went bankrupt. When I contacted Cecilia about the condo, she instantly took care of the paperwork, arranged for our pickup and dropoff at the Lima airport, and recommended a fabulous tour guide (Peru Wonderful) who put together local tours tailored to our interests, all in two days. Without Cecilia's help, the trip would have been a disaster. The condo was wonderful, in a secure building overlooking the ocean and the nicest parks. Very comfortable kitchen and living areas, and very spacious - truly I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The condo is a short walk or taxi ride to shopping and restaurants, and the owners provided many recommendations. Thanks for everything!

This is a wonderful place. The apartment is very beautiful with a great view to the ocean and pretty landscape. The staff in the building is very polite and helpful. It was a great experience for my family and I. The owners are wonderful, they even sent us a list of wonderful restaurants we could try and always answer every email and phone call immediately. We are very happy and will recommend this place to all our friends. Thank you so much Cecilia

Great Location! Very quiet with outstanding views.The internet there worked great and was very fast.This is a great options for kids. We even left a bag inthe owners car and they delivered it to us the nextday. SO MUCH BETTER THAN A HOTEL!

Our family just returned from a fabulous trip to Peru. We stayed at this apartment in Lima and it was perfect! It is in a great location that is safe and within walking distance of many great restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and Larcomar. The staff at the building went above and beyond to help us out with directions, caling a taxi, etc. The apartment was very clean and spacious and is equipped with everything you need. We have two small children and they loved playing with they toys in the apartment and Mom and Dad enjoyed our nightly class of wine on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend this apartment for your next trip to Lima!

What a beautiful place! We had a great time in Peru, and this apartment played an enormous role. It was a fantastic home to come back to after excursions. It is overlooking a spectacular location, it is spacious, luxurious, clean, safe, quiet, and had everything we needed - even an airport pick-up. Ours was a last-minute holiday and the owners reacted quickly to our booking request, and gave us ample tips on places to go and things to do. They even contacted us about an item we left behind and promptly coordinated its return. We will hope to have this place again on our next trip to Lima.

Lovely and spacious apartment, and very quiet. Stunning views of Pacific, overlooking linear park along the palisades. Short walk to hopping shopping mecca Larcomar, with variety of restaurants, shops, discos, etc. I loved opening the balcony window and the bedroom window, so that the soft Pacific air could gently pass through. No need for A/C here because of near constant cool temps from the ocean. Friendly and helpful concierge-nice neighborhood. Near great restaurants with the best Pacific seafood, about one-third the price for a similarly elegant meal in US or European oceanside resorts. I will be back!

Just returned home after and amazing 10 days in this simpy perfect apartment. Very spacious 3bd/3ba tasetly furnsihed with very comfortable modern furniture and gourmet kitchen. Breath taking views of the Pacific from this ideal location in Miraflores. Very friendly and helpful building staff and owner's representatives. Already planning a return visit. I sure hope this unit is avaible for my next stay in Lima.

stayed 10 days. beautiful building. new modern furnishings. fully equipped. fantastic views of the pacific and coast from deck, living area, and master bedroom. building has 2 elevators and 24 hour doormen. walking distance to shopping and restaurants. across the road from the beach. beautiful parks with children's playgrounds. best neighborhood in lima.

This place is FANTISTICO ! I've just spent a week here and this apartment was 1st class all the way. The furnishings and location were worth much more than the price paid. The view, the suggested restaurants, the location was perfect for my visit in Lima. The next time I'm in Lima, I'll stay here. Thank you very much.
