Our 17 Guest Suites, 12 Bath, Entertainers Mansions, boast upscale appointments and furnishings throughout and were professionally decorated by an interior designer. Beautiful tile and marble flooring are used throughout. The kitchens have built in stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops and beautiful cabinetry.
Entertainer's Mansion number #1 offers 9 Guest Suites, 5.5 bath, including a 1,000 sq ft Master that has 2 separate bedrooms. There is a separate guest house with kitchen, bath, sitting area and is located next to the beautiful Custom swimming pool that has a swim up bar that seats 3, swim in cave with bench seating for 5 and a cascading waterfall. The back yard is an outside Oasis and is a resort in itself. There are two huge covered balconies that provide 800 square feet of patio shade above and 800 square feet below for entertaining. There is a half basketball court, fire pit, fountain, Kio pond, step down BBQ kitchen with covered palapa, guest house and the custom pool. The entire yard is has paver stones. Entertainer's Mansion #2 offers 8 Guest Suites, 5.5 bath, including 2 Master Suites. One has over 1,000 sq ft with two bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen. The Master bath includes his and her water closets, his and her vanities, dual shower heads in the granite shower with bench seating and a separate jetted tub. The downstairs Master is 700 sq ft with private bath and has his and her vanities, separate shower and tub. A 450 SF oversized Guest Suite has two Queen beds. This Mansion boasts a 1,200 SF basement with theatre room, game room with pool table and a 1200 sq ft great room that has a full bar and glass sliding doors that open creating an indoor-outdoor room looking onto the impressive rock pool that cost over $200,000 to build. There is one King, and 9 Queen beds. Sleeps up to 20 Guests.
There are a total of 17 bedrooms, 10 full bath, 2 half baths, three kitchens, two swimming pools, two spas and two BBQ kitchens, and a total bed composition of 4 King, 13 Queen, 4 Twin beds and a fold down sofa. For a total of 21 beds and one fold down sofa.
