Newly built 2006, 3 bedroom/2 bath house sleeps 6-8 people. Off street parking for 6 or more cars. Large fenced front yard, private backyard perfect for BBQ's.
Watch the sunset from the large front deck. Enjoy right of way to water, perfect for kayaking (tidal basin). Lobster from the docks, marina, and restaurant just down the road. Nearby to beaches, boat rentals, biking, and hiking.
Twenty minutes from Brunswick (Bowdoin College). Thirty minutes to L.L.Bean and Freeport shopping.
2 upstairs bedrooms, one has a queen size bed the other two twin size beds. Downstairs bedroom has double futon and the new Lazy-boy couch pulls out to a queen size bed. All bedrooms have nice sized closets.
42-inch flat screen with DVD player and cable in the living room. House has wi-fi internet access. Washer and Dryer on site. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, ice-maker, and coffee pot w/filters. All necessary pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery provided.
Garbage removal provided. (No Fee).
Blankets and pillows are supplied, bed linens and towels are an additional fee of $75.00.
