Rental all THREE Villas and sleep up to 18 people. Each Villa has the same amenities.
Like new lakeview villas with boatslips on beautiful Lake Chatuge (Sha-toog). Beautiful sunsets! Great fishing, water-skiing, swimming, sailing and boating. Wonderful golf courses in area.
The Ridges Country Club is five minutes, Chatuge Shores Country Club five miles and Brasstown Resort and Golf Course 10 miles. Other Golf courses in Murphy and Franklin, North Carolina. Boat ramps and marina for pontoon boat rentals are very close by.
Other attractions are The Georgia Mountain Fair (July), Georgia Fall Festive (October), Apalachian Trail, John Campbell Folk School, Nantahala Gorge, Harrah's Casino, trout streams, white water rafting. The area has wonderful gift shops and antique stores. Fine resturants in the area.
Beds: One queen, two twins, and one queen sleeper sofa. The amenities are many down to a hair dryer, two TVs two VCRs. Small pampered household pets with permission. Smoking on outside decks only. Ashtrays are provided.

Rental deposit of 50% of total is required for reservations.
Any cancellation must be made 45 days in advance of arrival for full
refund of deposit.The rental balance is due two weeks prior to arrival

March 2003 - We had a great time in and around Hayesville! Lake Chatuge is absolutely beautiful! We hiked at Fires Creek and picniced at the waterall on our last day. Enjoyed "Off HIghway Trails" at Upper Tellico Plains (north of Murphy). We all had an adventurous yet relaxing vacation. THe Villa is immaculately maintained and very accomadating. We Love IT? 11/30/02 - Had a wonderful time. This Villa was great and the views were awesome. If you get a chance go to Brasstown Bald Mountain. Had a great time and hope to come back in the summer.
