The Villa is located on the South West coast of Corsica.
It offers complete tranquility and is situated on 5000 square meters of land with no adjacent neighbors. The villa is on one level and offers 300 m² living space as well as huge terraces.
The house, whilst giving the impression of isolation, is only 15 minutes drive to both the picturesque city of Bonifacio and the energetic town of Porto Vecchio.
Furthermore there are regular ferries from Bonifacio to the island of Sardinia (Italy) which is only 9 km away making it ideal for day trips. A nearby large supermarket in Pianotolli-Caldarello (5 Minutes away) makes shopping very convenient.
The villa furthermore has easy access to the airport of Figari which is only 15 minutes away and which has numerous daily flights from across Europe.
A true water front property located only 30 meters from a wonderful private sandy beach which is overlooked by an ancient Genovese Tower.
The villa has breathtaking sea views and over to the neighboring island of Sardinia. There is also the possibility of mooring a boat in front of the house.
Alternatively the nearest Marina is only 5 Minutes from the Villa were boats can be chartered.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults and each room has its own bathroom. The villa was designed by a well recognized French architect for himself and boasts vaulted ceilings and stone floors amongst other things.
The villa overlooks the bay of Figari which is a water sporting haven-furthermore the house has its own Jet Ski which is also rentable.
For the golfers amongst you Spérone, one of Europe's finest golf courses is just a stone throw away.
