  The location of this condo is prime time. We really enjoyed our stay and the southern hospitality this property offered. The view from the balcony is great! I would stay here again!

  This was the perfect condo for a family interested in exploring downtown ATL. The split bedrooms with their own bathrooms made it nice and private for all family members. The spacious and nicely decorated living room/dining room was a cozy retreat and the filled bookshelves with all my favorite writers made me want to stay another day just to curl up on the comfy couch and read! Peachtree Mall was a short block away and CokeWorld, the aquarium, CNN, and numerous restaurants were easy walking distance. Nice view from the screened in balcony. The decor is homey rather than upscale, which makes it very comfortable for families seeking a centrally located, right-priced, vacation spot. I used to stay at the Marriott, which is a few blocks away from this condo and the suites had sophisticated up-to-the-minute decor but I paid three times the price and had 1/3 of the room I had at this condo. This is my new stopover for ALL Atlanta trips in the future. I look forward to more wonderful get-aways at this nest in the sky - please keep those bookcases stocked!

  we had a very nice stay at this condo. it was well kept and location was perfect! Beth was very helpful and nice to work with. we will definitely consider staying there again next time we´re in atlanta.. thank you again!

  Recommend this property for those needing to stay in downtown Atlanta. Great location, close to MARTA, walking distance to major attractions. Secure building with all the comforts of home. Beth was easy to work with and very flexible with us on things that made our stay a great one. Would stay here again if the need comes up.

  We had a very nice visit during out time in Atlanta. The building sits in a great location with many nearby attractions. The aquarium, CNN Center, GA Dome, and World of Coke are all within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well kept. The owner, Beth, was very kind and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. Next time I make a trip to Atlanta, I will be sure to contact Beth!

  This was one of the most outdated condominiums me, and my family have stayed in. Have been fans of VRBO for last 15 yrs and this was our first let down. The furniture actually had electrical tape to hide broken pieces of the table, Could spend alot of time explaining all the problems, Owner new our displeasure, and offered no credible solutions. This is absolutely not a save place for families, Do your research of facilities.

  Owner response: Hello Gary and Future Guest, The pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen are correct.My kitchen is very well equipped,clean and functional it does have original cabinets. We do plan to update the kitchen like our VRBO 200890 in the same building sometime this year.The furniture in the living room is traditional not modern. I have two very nice big comfortable chairs,they happen to be Southwood, that have been recovered less than a year ago.There is a comfy leather chair ,linen blue ck sleeper sofa and a beautiful needle point rug,my TV's are not flatscreen TV's. I do hope to update them also later this year. The coffee table hinges were broken and I taped the hinges with electrical tape until I could get fixed so no one would be hurt.I did replace coffee table on Fri Jan 4th. Looking back,I should have removed the table until I found a new one.The bathrooms have had some updates. The Bathrooms are Clean. I stayed in this apt last Friday night and love being there and I do feel safe here, as in any big city Downtown area,always be aware of your surroundings. We are across from the Hyatt, walking distance to Ritz Carlton,Westin ,Hilton and Marriott. I am so sorry that you were not happy at our apt.as many others have been from previous reviews and a new reviewer since you left. I did offer you other alternatives but they were refused.I do hope your next experience is better. I will strive to make this apt always a great experience for our future guest.   We flew into Atlanta for a weekend getaway. Perfect location, no need for a rental car! We took the marta from the airport and then walked to the aquarium, centennial park,etc. So many places to eat and visit. Max Lager's was our favorite place to eat, be sure to go there! Very clean condo and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was simply fabulous! All for less than staying at a hotel! Beth was great to work with and made renting her condo a breeze!

  I just stayed in this place over the weekend and it was marvelous. The place was very clean and peaceful and close to all the major venus (CNN, Phillips Arena, Coca Cola, etc.) . Thanks Beth for making the process of renting so smooth. It was a joy working with you. I will recommend it to other who visit ATL.

  We enjoyed our time in this condo! Clean Condo with all amenities. Beth was great to deal with. Great location, close to all major points of interest downtown. We walked to the Georgia Dome, aquarium, coke museum, children's museum, Centennial Park. Lots of fun, hope to return soon!

  We truly enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very nicely furnished, clean and easy walking distance from downtown, aquarium, convention center, etc. We didn't need to rent a car, and used the train from the airport and walked everywhere we needed to go. There are lots of great places to eat within close walking distance. We felt very safe in the condo and walking around to all the places we went, regardless of time of day. Highly recommend this Condo and will come back when in town
