Our Peachtree Towers Condominium is located at 300 Peachtree St. Atlanta,Ga. 30308.
It is walking distance to Marta, the Hyatt Regency, Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotels. Walk to Georgia Dome, Phillips, CNN Center, Atlanta Aquarium, Centennial Park and World of Coke.
Americasmart, Peachtree Center and Suntrust Plaza are walking distance also.
Buckhead, Piedmont Park, The Fox Theatre and The High Museum are a 5-10 minute drive.
Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo is located on the 23rd Floor away from the Street Noise. It is a split bedroom plan. The Master Bedroom has a Wonderful Mattress to Ensure a Restful nights sleep along with a TV with a Private Bathroom with a Shower/Tub. The Guest bedroom is Large and has 2 Twin Beds along with a TV and a Private Bathroom with a Shower/Tub . The Den has a Sleeper Sofa for the occasional Extra person and three chairs. The dining room table will seat 4. The Kitchen is Well-Equipped with dishes, pots, pans and coffee maker to make eating in Easy. The Laundry is located on the basement level.
You will pick up and return your keys at the 24 hour Friendly Concierge Staff.
Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Peachtree Towers Condominium is a short walk from the Marta station, approx. 100 yards. A $2 Marta ride from the airport.
Our central location is convenient for business and vacation travelers, much more space and economical than a 2 bedroom hotel suite.

We truly enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very nicely furnished, clean and easy walking distance from downtown, aquarium, convention center, etc. We didn't need to rent a car, and used the train from the airport and walked everywhere we needed to go. There are lots of great places to eat within close walking distance. We felt very safe in the condo and walking around to all the places we went, regardless of time of day. Highly recommend this Condo and will come back when in town

This property worked out very well for our stay in Atlanta. The location of the condo was very convenient to my wife's conference as well as to several downtown attractions. The unit was clean and matched the description. The building staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions we may have had. Everything worked fine in the unit as well and the owner was very accomodating with our requests. The only downside to the unit was that it could use some updating of the finishes.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Atlanta. Very clean (it is an older building but very well maintained), convenient (we walked to Philips Arena and the GWCC everyday), and quiet . We had a couple of questions during our stay and Beth was available by phone to answer them immediately. We would most definitely stay here if we were to travel to Atlanta in the future!

This condo is very conveniently located in the downtown area. It is within walking distance of the Georgia World Congress Center, the Aquarium, CNN and other attractions. I certainly appreciated the cleanliness of the unit even though the furnishings, etc have not been updated for some time. Beth was very communicative via email, and phone when necessary, before and during the stay. Check-is was very convenient with the key pickup from the concierge very easy. We were about two hours late checking in and the concierge immediately know who I was. Parking was a little confusing at first but all worked out very well. We parked in a structure about half a block away that had 24-hour staff. It was a little more expensive but much less worry. All-in-all, it was a very good week for a business trip.
