This beautiful 4,000 sf home sits right on the banks of Lake Norfork with its own 2 stall boat dock and lake views from every room in the house. It is located on a peninsula with large mature hardwoods and restful lake views everywhere you look, on pavement and only 10 min to Wal-Mart, shopping and restaurants.
For true lakefront enjoyment, there are over 3,000 sf of outdoor terraced decks and balconies for every bedroom. The decks and grounds are truly a treat, with comfort seating and dining scattered around the property everywhere you might want to sit and enjoy a moment. The deck also has a comfy double lounger with umbrella for sun or shade. In the front/side yard, there is a well landscaped patio and petanque court with seating for 15. There is a walking path thru the garden area around the petanque court for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, French door refrigerator, 3 prep sink areas and 3 dishwashers for those big vacation meals. There is a hospitality bar with barstools and the glass cook top stove has a wide open lake view also for nonstop enjoyment even from the kitchen. There are two ovens and a handy baking center outfitted with everything you need for food prep.
The great room has large windows all across the lakefront and is outfitted with 2 queen sleeper sofas, 2 papazon chairs, a large dining room table with 12 comfortable parson's chairs, and 2 extra round tables for games or dining, a desk, a 65" television, and to top it off, a woodburning fireplace. {65" HDTV,DVD,DVR,satellite}
Luxury is the word in the master suite, which has its own sitting area with double reclining loveseat, a soft papazan to sink into, a 40" LCD television and DVR/DVD. The walk in closet/dressing room has its own large capacity washer and dryer and there is an infrared sauna in the second closet. The master suite opens onto a lovely deck with a Hot Springs Spa and a porch swing.
Upstairs there are 3 private bedrooms, each with full bathrooms and luxurious pillow top mattresses for extra comfortable sleeping. The upstairs living area has a sitting area with loveseat and chair, a 35" TV. DVD,VCR and an extra large capacity washer and dryer hidden beneath a countertop. The loft opens onto its own covered deck and makes a great shady spot for relaxing in the hot afternoon or enjoying a light rain.
There is also an upstairs video library that contains has 4 single mattresses stacked as a day bed.
To top it off, you can walk or drive right down to the boat dock with all your swim and fishing gear. The boat dock has 2 solar powered lifts, 1 for ski boat and one for a pontoon. There are 2 lockers to store your gear in and the end of the dock is a partially covered swim platform with a comfy double lounger and a hospitality cart with 5 folding chairs to enjoy your sun or shade preference.
