Adorable cozy cottage 100 feet from Moody Beach, one of Maine's best kept secrets. Beautiful sandy beach with lots of room at high tide. Drift to sleep while listening to the ocean waves in one of our tastefully decorated rooms, the Lighthouse room, the Shell Room or the Captain's Quarters room.
Parking for 2 cars. Large back yard with outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table and lovely views of the marsh.
Amenities include a full kitchen with new appliances which include a washer/dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave oven, dishes and utensils. After a long fun filled day relax in the cozy living room w/fireplace enjoying the satellite TV, VCR, DVD or CD stereo. Linens are not included (pillows, blankets and comforters are provided).
Our rentals are Friday-Friday. The benefits of Friday rentals are great. You get a full weekend at the beach, you avoid the Saturday turnover traffic coming and going and then you get a full weekend home to get ready for the coming work week . Enjoy your vacation.
You are just minutes away from Ogunquit (south) and Kennebunk (north) where you can find some of the best restaurants anywhere. Go to the movies, get ice cream or go antiquing. You can do just about anything your heart desires. Enjoy a great fun-filled family vacation.

7% Maine Tax, $75 cleaning fee. 50% Rental Fee including $300 refundable security
deposit due at lease signing. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to stay. Should
it become necessary for guest to cancel reservation the owner retains all received
funds other than the security deposit until the unit is re-rented at the same
rate for the same time period. All funds payable to HotSpot Mgmt, certified check
money Order or Mastercard and Visa. U.S. funds only.
