The Water Palm Getaway is a 1900 SQ FT under air Oasis. Just had a complete make over in March with New Kitchen and Baths and granite tops for the high end feel of a great Vacation Getaway. You will love the large Master Bedroom with its own stand up shower and TV, there also is access to the Lanai from the pocket sliders from the master suite. The Dinning area is a nice space for the family meals or gatherings with its own pocket sliders leading to the Lanai. Bedroom 2 has a queen bedroom and Bedroom 3 has a set of twin beds for guest or children. The Living room will feel like there is plenty of room for just relaxing and watching the Cable TV. There also in Internet service for those that would love to check there emails or find great restaurants or attractions in the area. You will Just enjoy your stay at the Water Palm Getaway..
Cape Coral is famous for its' amount of waterways. Almost every street is on water and in fact Cape Coral has more waterways than the famous city of Venice, Italy. Because of the abundance of water, Cape Coral is a favorite with boaters and keen fishermen. The private dock is large enough that you can bring your own boat. Alternatively you could easily hire one and enjoy exploring the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches, only accessible by boat. If you decide to leave your canal-side paradise and explore further afield, a short drive away are the magnificent beaches of Fort Myers, and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva, world famous for its' fine shelling and Ding Darling Nature Reserve. How about a stroll along Lover's Key, a state park with numerous private sandy bays just waiting to be discovered. Or visit Naples for its' upscale shopping and restaurant district. This home is about 20 minutes to the main Waterway, There are many boat rentals in the area, Just pull right up into the back yard for the true Waterfront Boating experience..Booking Fast
