A weekend visit is far too short to enjoy all of the beauty and comfort your wonderful house provides. While visiting the fun, quaint, neighborhood towns, we found ourselves rushing back to enjoy the view from the deck, the adorable waterfall and firepit. We spent each night under the moonlight on the upper deck. We couldn't have asked for more. Hope to come back soon -- thanks for a wonderful trip.

Thank you for such an inviting home. We shared this long weekend with our daughter, her husband and our 9 month old granddaughter (and I can't forget my little 4 legged baby as well). We had a wonderful time enjoying your beautiful home. It is a rare occasion for all of us to be together. We loved the comforts of your home - nothing was lacking! We enjoyed the convenient location to Black Mountain and all that Asheville has to offer - we hiked, visited the Biltmore, the waterfalls, Mt. Mitchell and played three golf courses. What an amazing house. You thought of everything! It was perfect in every aspect! Such a gorgeous view and not far from all of the sights. We had a great time at your lovely home. The children LOVED the creek and waterfall down the hill. Playing in the loft was great and the swing was very relaxing. Super House!

We really enjoyed our visit here in your lovely home. I regret that we never used the fire pit or the deck as much as we should have. This area holds so many attractions for us. We were up and down the Parkway, to the Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Black Mountain, Asheville, to the top of Mt. Mitchell and of course a daily trip to Ingles...oh, and the Folk Art Center. We would certainly recommend Asheville Lookout. The virtual tour was so helpful. We hope to return next year. It will be hard to leave tomorrow!

What a wonderful home! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed its lovely appointments and the spectacular view. So private and spacious with many lovely touches. You've thought of everything! We were here for a very special wedding at Hidden River, so the location was ideal. And our dog definately enjoyed the outdoors!

As we run a holiday home in the Scottish Highlands we are fussy about the places we rent for ourselves. We have had a great week and the house met all our hopes - it does what you say on the website! The weather wasn't brilliant but we have nice photographs (and the rain is warmer than Scotland). We walked, ate, drank, slept and in general hung out. We watched the trees get greener every day - we were disappointed to not see the bear, but were compensated by counting 24 new bird species and watching a Carolina Wren build a nest at the edge of the deck!

We were here for our niece's graduation from the Masters program at Warren Wilson College. The location was perfect for the college lectures and readings that we went to daily. We had 4 generations together, as well as relatives from Tennessee. The hot tub was a welcome addition as was the fireplace. The owners couldn't have been more cooperative and easy to work with. I wish to stay at Asheville Lookout again!

We had a great Christmas at your place this year! So much fun, great weather, food and entertainment. The shopping was good too! Thanks for sharing your lovely mountain home. We visited the Biltmore Estate for the candlelight tour and enjoyed the Mast General Store. We've got to recommend the Mexican restaurant, Salsa. Huge dishes, inexpensive, fantastic food and mojitos!
