Casa Ponte is a privately owned, luxurious “Resort Style” development consisting of two homes, two swimming pools and a ton of unique features! Located atop the mountain in Las Lomas 5 minutes to Jaco Beach and 10 minutes to Los Suenos and only 1 hour and 15 minutes to the san jose airport. Casa Ponte offers spectacular ocean, mountain and valley views!
The two homes are separated by sparkling pools, a cascading waterfall and lush landscaping. Both homes are rented together. We offer transportation, tours,chefs, bartenders, full concierge services and anything else you might need to make your vacation a wonderful experience.
The inspiration behind Casa Ponte derived from the lack of luxury homes which could accommodate large groups or multiple families wanting to stay close together in Jaco Beach.
Jaco is more or less the main hub of the Central Pacific…it’s also the closest beach town from the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose. Jaco offers a variety of shops,nightclubs, restaurants, plus you will be able to find doctors, banks, supermarkets and other services you might need.Besides of enjoying your vacation in Casa Ponte, there are plenty of activities you can enjoy in the area. What about starting with a massage right by the pool, yoga at the beach, the crocodile tour , ATV tour in the mountain or take a zip line through the mountains and you should definitely try surfing or try your hand at catching Sailfish, Mahi-Mahi, Snapper, Tuna, and who knows maybe even a Marlin.

I built casaponte with entertainment in mind , there are 2 pool tables, 2 fosball tables,3jacuzzis, 2 swimming pools,2 bars, great sound system through out the property.There is alot to do and is totally private.
The Unique Benefits of this Estate
Most renters enjoy the privacy that casaponte offers, but also the lush landscaping and the two pools with swim up bar.but our guest really enjoy the great customer service we provide

what a great time I just had with my budies. We left a deposit for our return for the same time next year and cant wait to come back. Staff was great and so was the concierge and the house. We come often to Jaco and Los Suenos but this is by far the best house to come to.You will have to book in advance if you want to get in here.

We just finished our 2nd vacation in casaponte and left a deposit for our return this november 2011.We would not keep coming back if we did not love the house and the staff is wonderful and what a great concierge person. He always takes perfect care of us when we come from the aiport to the door and back home again. Cant wait to come back, we love it here.

came from texas to have a bachelor party for one of my good friends and what a time we had at casaponte.Everything was perfect from the transportation to the greeting at the door and our farewell.Great staff, concierge and what a beautful house. You should reserve this house and have the bachelor party of your life.

wonderful and beautiful wedding and the staff and concierge was great. We loved the house, they organized everything for us from transportation, tours, wedding planners etc. We would stay here again.
