  This condo was very spacious. We had 11 people on our vacation and there was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably sleep and not get on one another's nerves :o) The Harbor is right behind the condo (no harbor access), but on Thursday evening during the summer the fireworks over the harbor were spectacular. The beach is a short walk away and easy to access. There area also tons of souvenir shops, restaurants (Hog's Breath Cafe, Fudpucker's, The Back Porch, etc.) there are just a few miles a way. It's very close to the grocery store, as well as Target and WalMart, which was super convenient for us as we bought groceries and ate most meals in the condo. The condition of the condo was very good- it was clean when we arrived and everything was in good working order from the AC, to lights to wireless internet. I would highly recommend this condo for a large family that is looking for something economical and spacious. We would definitely entertain staying in this condo in a future trip to Florida. The owners were also very helpful in their communication with us before and after the trip.

  My family and I arrived to stay in this beautiful condo for the weekend to attend a family members wedding. The condo is beautiful and had everything imaginable in it. It slept 8 adults just fine. The condo was fresh and clean and we did not want to leave. So many excursions near by you cannot possibly do them all in just a weekend. We also wanted to "Thank" Mr. Glen for allowing us to stay in his beautiful condo and making us feel welcomed.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  The home was beautiful had a great view of Harbor and beach up the street, So close to many of resturaunts, great gift shops and beach wear stores. My family and I enjoyed the stay in the home alot, It was very roomy,clean and home like look great for family,couples and friends. I would be so happy to come back again and rent this home. The area was very beautiful and neighbors are friendly and I think others that will rent home will enjoy all of these features. Thank you

  The townhouse was absolutely perfect. It was everything my family and I expected and more. It was decorated beautifully, and it was very clean. It comfortably slept our 8 adults and 2 kids. Everything that was promised was provided and I would definitely rent again. There was even beach toys on the patio for the kids, so we didn't have to buy that! The Jacuzzi tub was one of the best features, The owners definitely thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The neighbors were really nice considering we were there just a week. The neighborhood is gorgeous, and public beach access is just a short walk away. Plenty of places to run or walk if you exercise. While in Destin, TS Debbie was threatening, but thankfully she went another direction. We went to the beach, Harbor Walk, Pardi Gras, on a Dolphin Cruise, Big Kahuna, Silversands Outlet, and alot more places. There is so much to do in Destin. My trip to Destin was awesome, and even when I got injured at the water park, I was able to stay home, watch TV and surf the internet, and relax in comfort.

  We just returned from our stay in Destin. The condo that we rented had plenty of beds. Most anything that you would need, the owners had provided. Plenty of towels. The only negative thing I would say is that the cleaning agency they use are not doing what they should be doing. We found a dirty sock under one of the beds. The blinds were dirty and there were cobwebs. It was not nasty by any means but I believe they are only doing the minimum. We had great weather and plenty of room. I would recommend the Lighthouse restaurant that is near the condo. Excellent food and excellent service. Prices were half of what we spent at Pompano Joes and the food was better.

  First of all I would like to say thank you to Mr Glen for his kindness and honesty. Sometimes you never know what you will end up getting when you purchase something like this over the Internet but I can say 100 percent for sure that this was a great place to take the family and the best price. Space galore, plenty of bedding dishes and the rooms were huge plus the washer dryer was eapically nice to have. I had to call glen a couple times and each time he made me feel appreciated and no bother I him..(I called a few people trying to find the right place to vacation and you would be surprised at how rude some can be). Everything he told me was accurate and simple departure instructions..the beach was just down the road and this was the only concern I had at first but it proved to be not such a big deal..we were able to drive to different locations each time we went or could walk to the one closest to the house...we are already planking our next vacation!!   Owner was very nice, allowed us early check in on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, there was some kind of misunderstanding between the owner and housekeeper so no one actually arrived to clean the house until 5 or 6pm which was a bit of a let down. The house was absoutely BEAUTIFUL and served us well for the 5 days we were there. Would stay there again, beautiful neighborhood and beach is a 1 minute drive, 15 minute walk. There is a little play kitchen and toys on the patio area which my children loved =] .

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
