Wonderful Location! Right in the Kihei Town with a lots of day & night life to experience. During the day: surf, windsurf, sun bath, people watch, farmers market (local crafts & collectables), and fun restaurants. Night Life: Multiple bars, restaurants & dancing, lots of fun tourists & locals to hangout with from all ages & backgrounds!
Condo is located on the fourth floor (2 Elevators) with a spectacular oceanview from each room, it's an oceanfront resort. Like a village with a common meeting area, Kauhale Makai is arranged around its large park-like grounds and swimming pool. These also front the property to the ocean. The Village By The Sea is a quiet, family oriented property, which includes a wading pool, Jacuzzi, and barbecues.
You will find the interior of your fourth-floor rooms at Kauhale Makai nicely furnished. There is central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, telephone, and a private lanai. A coin operated laundry facility is just down the hall. This condo consists of one bedroom, full bath with bathtub, spectacular oceanview from all rooms and lanai. 711 square foot living area plus Lanai. Free reserved parking space.
The common area provides a Barbecue, Jacuzzi, and Swimming Pools for both children and adults. Ideal Windsurfing conditions at the location. Oceanview from each room. View of the swimming pools, spa from balcony of the Condo.

My wife & I are originally from California and I am a retired Veterinarian & Real Estate Investor. My wife is a wonderful Horse Woman & Trainer, which she continues to follow what she loves at our 15-minute away Kapoho Ranch on The Big Island.
We fell in love with Maui & we moved out to Hawaii to start our retirement. We use to have a Sea Turtle in the pond of our current home in Kapoho of The Big Island and it is because of her that we have embraced Hawaii so much more.
We've developed a small business with few vacation homes down in Kapoho and we enjoy providing the opportunity for others to experience Kapoho in The Big Island & Kihei in Maui like we have. Our daughters have grown up & went to college out here in UH Hilo & UH Manoa. They love the beautiful ocean. We all enjoy the fun nature activities all around us: Surfing, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Diving, Spear-Fishing, Fishing & exploring the Tropical surroundings in the community.

Our stay here was very comfortable. Great to have Ice ches, boards, beach chairs, umbrella, and fins! The condo lanai is great; views and soft breeze, and the sunset! We waled each morning to the sunrise. Love having some of the essentials in the kitchen, bar-b-que every night. This was as better as a Marriot with a much more affordable price. Thanks and we hope to be back!
