We had a great stay at this lovely home. From the beginning we felt comfortable and welcomed. The property is well maintained and very clean. All of the amenities make this property perfect for any getaway. The location is convenient but quiet and peaceful. The dock is wonderful for swimming, watching sunsets, and enjoying the lake's beauty. The owner is accommodating and very friendly. Good access to public boat ramps is very helpful. Nearby are quaint shops and restaurants located in Acworth a short drive from the house. This property is awesome. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

My family really enjoyed staying at the lake house when they visited the Atlanta area for Thanksgiving. The views of the lake from the three levels reminded me of a postcard and it was so quiet and calming. All the amenities are ungraded and it was so comfortable. Thank for sharing this beautiful home.

We really enjoyed the home and the view. It was such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The evenings with the cool breeze and beautiful sunsets was exactly what we had in mind to get away from the everyday. We brought our waverunner and were able to tour the lake and the cove was so private we could sit on the upper deck of the dock and watch the sun sink behind the mountains. The home was so comfortable and the features it included made for a perfect week. We would definately reccomed it.

Spectacular property. Hard to believe they rent it out. It was the perfect place for my wife's birthday party. Everyone loved it. We hope to return for a whole week in the future. It is much less expensive to rent a place at the lake than to own one....

From the first moment we opened the front door and saw the gorgeous view of Lake Altoona, we instantly felt at home. We were having family from out of town for our son’s graduation, and needed a place to have everyone stay. We had plans each day and night of their visit, the aquarium all day Friday and Saturday would be the graduation and back down to Atlanta for dinner at a jazz club. All of our plans changed as we quickly settled in, and the only time we left was for the graduation. We all just were so relaxed sitting on the back porch watching all the different birds and the sunsets across the lake. My niece took advantage of a very very long soak in the jetted tub. We indulged her with bubbles and toy’s that kept her busy for a very long time. The older kids were occupied by playing pool and canoing the whole weekend. The warmth and comfort of the décor made a very special weekend even more special. Our only regret, was having to leave, but to be sure, we will be back!
