Completed in 2005, Lemondrop House sleeps up to 18. Located approximately 125 yards from the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Located south of Hwy 30-A, there is no busy highway to cross. Ride your bike to Grayton, Seaside or Rosemary Beach.
Stroll to Seagrove Market or Goatfeathers Seafood Market and get freshly steamed shrimp. Eastern Lake is right around the corner. Walk the kids to the rare coastal lake instead of the ocean if you think the waves are too rough.
This 2800+- square feet, 3 story custom home is perfect for a large family gathering or group. First floor features a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, full bedroom with king size bed and full bath.
First floor bedroom and bath is convenient for someone who needs to avoid stairs. Second floor has large master bedroom with king bed and master suite bathroom.
Master bath has large jetted tub with separate walk-in shower with glass door and double vanity sinks. Second floor also has bedroom with queen bed and private full bath.

Why the Owner Chose Eastern Lake
We consider this location to be the most relaxing and family oriented neighborhood in the Seagrove Beach area. It has beautiful emerald water with white sand beaches. Beach paths and accesses don't have multiple staircases to get to and from the beach. Only a handful of steps to the sand. The area is on the south side of Hwy 30-A with very light vehicle traffic. It is far enough away from the crowded parts of South Walton but close enough to walk, ride a bike or drive to any destination in the area.

Lemondrop House has your own private heated pool in the front yard. Parents can sit on the screen porch or on one of the other covered porches and keep an eye on the kids in the water or take a nap as the gentle ocean breeze flows over you.

This was a fabulous vacation for my family. We loved the location because you are near everything but there was still plenty of privacy. It was a very short and pleasant walk to the beach and small lake. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday. The decor was adorable and comfortable. I cannot wait to book another vacation at the Lemondrop Home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Lemondrop was just what our family needed. We spent the week enjoying this house. The house was large enough to give each of us a private bedroom and bath. The walk to the beach takes about 2 minutes. We had bikes delivered to us and were able to ride to Seaside every day. It's close enough to several good restaurants in the area. Eastern Lake is within a short walk and provided a safe place for the younger children to get in the water. Also, the private pool in the front yard was fantastic. We will be coming back next year.

We just stayed 8 days in this Amazing House. There were 6 grown adults and the house was perfect for our family to spread out and relax. Our Family said it was the best vacation ever. The house was spacious and the layout was perfect for privacy and comfort. It is beautifully decorated and so many special features to enjoy. My 2 grown sons loved the 3rd story family room with the wet bar where they could just kick back and relax from their Hectic work schedules. The Kitchen was awesome and we prepared some delicious gourmet meals as it had everything you needed. We truly enjoyed cooking in this wonderful Kitchen. The breakfast bar was great for family to sit and chat while we cooked. The large dining table was excellent for eating and playing board games that were provided in the house. The heated pool was a real treat for the Jan. Weather. And the decks on every level made it so nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. We were just steps from the beach was so convenient for my ederly parents. Although the weather was cold during the first few days the house was so wonderful we really enjoyed being inside. I just can't say enough about this house it was GREAT !!!!!Jason the owner is a joy to work with as well, very courteous, and attentive to his clients needs. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a pampered beach get away.
