  I go to the mountains every year for a little get away with friends and family. This house was one of the best ones I stayed at. It was very clean and it was also very big. There was 11 of us that stay in the house and we were never in eachothers way. I would definitely stay again if Eugene allowed us. He was also very easy going. This house made my vacation wonderful!

  My friends and I stayed at this house for a long weekend and we all loved it. 3,000sq feet doesn't say enough, we had 9 people stay here and it felt like we didn't even run into each other once. The house worked out perfect for 4 couples because there are actual queen beds in all the room. The downstairs pool table and extra room/bathroom worked out perfect for our group. We cooked two big dinners, one big breakfeast, and there was plenty of room at the dinning room table. The house was clean, updated, and in a great secure area. The location is literally a couple miles from big boulder ski resort, a store, and easy to find. It has a huge backyard and deck, but it snowed every night. The owner was very quick with e-mail responses, and any questoins I had. He also called me after to see how it went, along with returning the security deposit. If all goes we we might be back next year. I recommend this house to anyone. The only downside is there was not alot of water pressure, from what I hear that is the norm in the poconos for most of the houses.

  Well, where do I start? Arrived on Saturday evening and was very impressed at the set up of the house, However, I noticed that the house was very humid & quickly looked for the central air to cool things down a bit. It was then that I noticed there is no central air & no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms. I called Eugene & he advised that we go out & buy some box-fans & he would re-imburse us the money spent. The next horrible thing was later after we settled in & went to take showers, there was none to very little water pressure in all bathrooms & the kitchen sink. I let Eugene know & he advised me that the plumber would not come out until Monday morning. Well Monday...no plumber. :( This was just devastating for my family. Mrs Eugene called me and stated that the plumber will be out late that evening around 8-9 pm. I called the plumber & he was not able to make it until Tuesday morning in the AM. He came out as promised & fixed the problem after 3 1/2 long days. :) A few suggestions to Eugene is to put blinds or curtains on the windows for privacy, central air- a must, dressers in the bedrooms would be nice & add some lawn chairs out on the deck Oh and working TV's in the bedrooms, could not get service on TV's because the cable was not hooked up to them. We may go back there for vacation, I just think our experience was a fluke.

  I can say that the property was very clean, and the listing information ws very acurate. The owner was very flexible since it ws a last minute inquiry for rental. He was able to accomodate and meet with us on Thursday evening(night before) to settle the rental agreement and payment. The ski area/split rock was about 10-15 minutes We enjoyed our stay and will consider to visit again in the summer.

  My family and I rented this property and we couldn't ask for anything so accomodating and just perfect. We love this house, it has everything and more. They kids loved the trampoline, the guys enjoyed the pool table - we had a blast on the wonderful huge deck with it's own BBQ grill. I recommend this house to anyone and their family, looking to be comfortable in a new/clean very spacious, lots of bathroom brand new home. Not forgetting It's walking distance to the pool and has a nice Sauna room as well.

  this is a beautiful house, It has all you need to pass an amazing time, all the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equip, and the area is quiet, beautiful, and has like 4 lakes and a swimming pool. The owner is an easy going person, so easy to deal with that I couldn't believe it.he will solve any situation as soon as possible with no drama involved. we broke a chair, and he charged me a minimum, he understands that things just happen. my friends and I had wonderful time, probably will rent the house again next year. we all loved the house, and recommended it 110%.
