Welcome to 'TURTLE HURDLE', an exquisite gulf front, executive beach home designed and decorated to please even our most discriminating guests. Located in the private, gated community of Water's Edge providing a tranquil location for a much needed respite from your everyday hectic pace.
'Turtle Hurdle' has just completed its first season on the rental program and with its gulf front vista has already become a much requested family retreat.
'Turtle Hurdle' features two Queen bedroom suites on the ground floor plus a combination TV Room/Bedroom suite consisting of a sitting area with sofa sleeper and a set of Twin bunk beds - perfect for the kids to call their own.
The main living area with adjoining dining room and kitchen is located on the second floor and opens onto a gulf front porch providing panoramic views of the beach and the emerald waters along the coastline.
You will love the open design of the kitchen with its upscale appliances, granite countertops and plenty of room to prepare meals. There's also ample room for everyone to dine together at the long country table in the adjacent dining area.
The second floor also has an additional kitchen and family room living and dining areas, a half bath, and a private bedroom suite with a Queen bed and adjoining private bath (Flat-screen TVs in the living area, bedroom AND in the adjoing BATH!). French doors in the living area open to a private balcony overlooking the pool and providing beautiful gulf views.
The entire top floor features the grand master suite and includes the gulf front bedroom with King bed with gulf views, Flat-screen TV, a fully-equipped morning kitchen and breakfast area plus access to a private porch with panoramic views.
Adjacent to the master bedroom are TWO bathrooms, each with walk-in showers plus a built-in, Flat-screen TV in 'HIS' and a feminine dressing table in 'HERS'!
Flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and living areas (and 2 bathrooms!) and DVDs throughout. Internet Radio, Wireless Hi-Speed Internet. Laundry rooms on all levels. Separate central air on all levels.
Private pool - fenced for your safety with large surrounding sundeck. Gas grill, 2-car garage plus additional parking for 3-4 cars. Central beach walkway just steps from your doors.
Walk to nearby shops and restaurants at the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Saturday to Saturday rental during the Summer Season.
