This 1 1/2 bedroom condo is next to the pool! A quick walk, through the property, gets you to the paved beach path that ends at the waters of LAKE MICHIGAN. Bring marshmallows for the firepit, towels and sunscreen and leave the rest to us. There are beach chairs, a beach bag , train set for the kids, walkie talkies, and an alarm clock/docking station for your ipod. Packing will be painless.

Why the Owner Chose St. Joseph
My parents rented a cottage less than a mile from here and we spent three weeks every summer in Coloma on Lake Michigan. My husband lived in St. Joe in middle school so we are both attached to the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We completely remodeled our unit when we bought it, which included changing one closet to a full bath, making a bunk area, new cabinets and an eight foot island in the kitchen, installed new windows, etc. Having two young kids I tried to include many amenities that make packing easier; beach bag, cooler for beach, walkie talkies, some toys, VHS/DVD movies, ipod docking station, etc. We do not want you to have any less conveniences on vacation than you have at home.

The condo is very modern inside and comfortable. St. Joseph is a short drive, easy to get to, and has a beautiful beach and town area. My 2 kids had the best time and there was tons for them to do. We will definitely be back!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow! A Lake Michigan bluff condo with NO STAIRS to climb. Can't get any better than a paved walk-way to the beach. The condo was like new, clean and fully furnished...with a second bath--nice. Plus, there's a great restaurant right up the road for the nights we were too tired to cook. Had a great time, can't wait to go back.
