The perfect location in Chatham. Situated in Rose Acres this home is literally a 2 to 5 minute walk to town, Oyster Pond Beach and Chase Park. This 10-year-old home on a quiet cul-de sac offers what every vacation home should be. Comfortable, updated and close to everything.
Relax in a rocking chair on the wraparound porch out front or enjoy the privacy of a beautiful brick patio off the back of the house. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard or stroll to Chase Park at the end of the street. Deeded access to Oyster Pond - so close you can see it from the home’s west side rooms.
Walk to the Chatham A’s games, Friday night band concerts or some of our other favorites – Impudent Oyster, the Squire, Ben Franklin, and the Candy Manor. Head in the other direction and find the Chatham Bakery – absolute best donuts!

Patrick, My two weeks on the cape were terrific. Your home is beautiful and the setting is perfect! Everyone had a super time. We went to the beach, the parade, Carmines, Wild Goose Tavern, Impudent Oyster, the baseball game, playground and the band concert. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We rented the house over Thanksgiving, and it was such a nice, relaxing getaway. The house was perfect; very spacious, nicely decorated, great kitchen. It had everything we needed for the week...including board games! The neighborhood was quiet, and it is only a quick walk to the downtown area. We didn't want to leave. :-) Patrick was very accommodating and helpful through our stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Just a very belated note to tell you we had a wonderful time in Chatham - thank you and your family for sharing your fantastic house. It's the perfect beach house, and the location was better and more convenient than we could have ever expected. And we missed the sharks! Best, Rhonda P.S. Also, Tania is amazing! The house was sparkling clean when we arrived as well as after she cleaned for us!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hi Patrick! We are in the house and it is absolutely fabulous. We are thrilled! It is so incredibly perfect for us - the quiet street, the beautiful porch, the layout, your yard... All wonderful. The little playroom is awesome and a fantastic feature for families with little ones. Tyler (our 2 year old) was beside himself to see the Little Tykes basketball hoop on the patio!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We really enjoyed our stay. We decided the house was in a perfect location for us. We walked to town everyday, multiple times a day and took in sunsets at Oyster Pond most nights. If we decide to do it again your house would be right at the top of our list. The bedroom downstairs for the sitter and the toys were a huge plus for our daughter.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Our cape escape for many years to come
Why the Owner Chose Chatham:
We had been looking for a 2nd home for almost 5 years. We basically stumbled upon this location about 10 minutes after the sign went up. The location absolutely cannot be beat. It's on a cul de sac that doesn't get much traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It's so close to town, Oyster Pond, Chase Park and the Chatham A's. Depending on what you want to do you hardly have to use your car. It's great for all the wonderful activities that happen in town as well. 4th of July parade. First Night, Festival of the Arts in Chase Park. Everyone else has to fight for a parking space. We have one...our driveway.
