Why the Owner Chose Chatham
We had been looking for a 2nd home for almost 5 years. We basically stumbled upon this location about 10 minutes after the sign went up. The location absolutely cannot be beat.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It's so close to town, Oyster Pond, Chase Park and the Chatham A's. Depending on what you want to do you hardly have to use your car. It's great for all the wonderful activities that happen in town as well. 4th of July parade. First Night, Festival of the Arts in Chase Park. Everyone else has to fight for a parking space. We have one...our driveway.
